Vucic justifies Vulin's resignation: There has been pressure since the day

The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, has spoken about the resignation of the director of the Information Security Agency, Aleksandar Vulin. He has justified his decision, saying that Vulin has been under pressure since the first day when he was appointed head of the BIA.

He emphasizes that it is not up to him to comment on his resignation as he is the President of Serbia, but also because he is obliged not to give details on such issues.

"It's just not for me to comment on that. Vulin is also a friend of mine with whom I spent a lot of time, I also understand his reaction, but he didn't lose his head or anything like that. There has been pressure from the beginning when he was appointed to that position, from day one and it has been unclear.

This is exactly what Vulin stated in his letter. Of course, he knows very well how he moves and what the consequences were or what the consequences could be further. I cannot continue to comment, because now it is a little easier than me, while I cannot continue to comment on everything, for the simple reason that I am the President of the Republic, but also because I am obliged to keep secrets and I can't talk about such issues" , said Vucic.
