The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, met today with the EU's special envoy for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak.
Through a post on the social network "Instagram", Vucic writes that during the meeting he informed Lajcak about the situation of the Serbs in Kosovo, which he described as "unbearable". He further calls on the international community to commit to the Serbian people in Kosovo.
" I talked with Miroslav Lajçak about the situation in Kosovo and Metohija and the unbearable conditions for the life of our people. We examined the possibilities and topics for the continuation of constructive talks in Brussels, as well as the necessary steps for progress towards the normalization of relations between Belgrade and Pristina. Once again, I have called on the international community to commit concretely and decisively to issues of fundamental importance for the survival of the Serbian people in Kosovo and Metohija and for regional stability ," Vučič writes.
