32.1 percent of Montenegrins have exercised their right to vote until 14:00, in the parliamentary elections that are being held today in the country.
Meanwhile, there have been incidents in some polling stations.
A conflict between voters and members of the voting commission was reported in Podgorica, after it was established that the signatures of another voter were found on the list of voters.
In another polling center in Pogradec, the cause of conflicts was a ballot paper that the voter folded on the wrong side, showing who he had voted for. However, the members of the commission considered the sheet valid.
"Citizens inform us that the headquarters of political parties have started making phone calls to voters to come out and vote. We call on the political parties today to refrain from anything that could be interpreted as pressure on the voters and we encourage the citizens to vote freely", writes the Center for Democratic Transition, which is monitoring the process.
Other incidents are related to taking pictures of the ballot paper, use of mobile phones by the commissioners, while in some polling stations there is a lack of members of the voting commission.
542,468 citizens have the right to vote in the parliamentary elections. Voting centers will be open until 20:00.
