Russia continues to send threatening messages to the West. Today there were two interesting developments in Moscow, which are being followed closely by NATO and the USA.
The Deputy Chairman of the Russian National Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, reported that he was present at the test of a new modern high-precision missile. He said this missile was for use in special operations.

But as Russia tests new missiles, it appears that Putin is trying to keep the Wagner organization afloat.
