The elections are over and we now have 140 new names that will represent us in the Assembly starting in September. The SP is celebrating, while the DP is working to denounce what they call an "electoral massacre". But it seems that the majority has missed one element: The list of 140 winners can change. The change can come before or after September and this is in the hands of SPAK.
In the Tirana district, there was a strong fight on both the SP and DP lists, as the final winners were separated by very few votes. But the signals are that even those who lost their mandate by a handful of votes, may be able to touch Parliament.
The first to give signals is Myslim Murrizi, who came in fourth with the most votes on the open list of the Democratic Party in Tirana. Although he does not openly talk about arrests or troubles with the justice system, Murrizi signaled yesterday on social networks that the summer will bring changes to the lists and he hopes to get the mandate.
" When I publicly declared that very soon 7289 free voters will have their representative in Parliament, I neither guessed nor did I fly like many political delirious people who dreamed that citizens would vote for them because they supported pseudo-chairmen who had no and have no real weight in the party branches that vegetate as fake "chairmen."
And I campaigned only with citizens, without dying cool and without drinking coffee with any "leader", with a "paparazzi" behind me to convey to the structures the message that the "leader" dies for me.
"Ehhhh, how much water will flow in this "hot" summer, how surprised all the scammers and scammers who deceive as if they know a lot and know everything will be ," he writes.
The only way to change the list is through SPAK and GJKKO, and in fact, there are many names on the DP lists in Tirana, and it is unknown whether they will be able to complete the new mandate.
The first is Fatmir Mediu. The trial for Gërdec is nearing its end and if Mediu is found guilty, he will most likely be banned from holding public office and could lose his mandate. We have Sali Berisha himself. The “Partizani” file was put on trial and the process will undoubtedly take a long time, but it will probably be closed before 2029.
Meanwhile, we have two other names on the Tirana list that are on file at SPAK, Flamur Noka and Belind Këlliçi. Noka is accused of concealing assets, while Këlliçi is accused of forgery and concealing income. There has even been talk that we may have arrests and if someone falls into the net, then the Tirana list changes completely and it is not surprising to see Ali Mehmeti and Myslim Murrizi in the Assembly.
But there may also be changes on the SP list in Tirana. Olta Xhaçka won the mandate with very few votes, but she has a file with SPAK. SPAK amnestied her for the coastal property affair, but investigations continue into the army's properties. It is no wonder there is security.
We also have several other names with files such as Ceno Klosi, Luan Baçi, Bardh Spahia or Xhelal Mziu, who if they face justice, could lose their mandate and the successor names could be introduced. /Pamphlet
