In the land grabbing affair in Port-Romano through the mafioso Damir Fazllic, Argita and Jamarbër Malltezi and their niece Shpresa Breçani emerged as partners and beneficiaries, while in the theft of millions of euros from CEZ and the land grabbing on the southern coast, Shkëlzen Berisha's name emerged.
In the affair for the sale of "Albpetrol" that was blocked, and the affair for the sale of the 4 HPPs "Bistrica 1 and 2" and "Ulëz and Shkopet", the "Berisha" family emerged as the beneficiary, illegally embezzling millions of euros.

And in the privatization affair of the "ARMO" company, behind Rezart Taçi's name stood the "Berisha" family as the de facto owner, masking the millions of euros in profits behind Argita's law office, behind the environmental project of his son-in-law Abi Malltezi, and behind the "Albanian Children" foundation.
After the 4 murders on January 21, 2011, it was said that Sali Berisha protected the prime ministership and Ilir Meta, but in fact he led the murders to protect his rule and the thefts committed by his wife, son, daughter, son-in-law Abi Malltezi and the entire Berisha clan.
During the 13 years of the DP in opposition, Sali Berisha has made many agreements with Prime Minister Edi Rama, in exchange for bargaining for the inviolability of his son, daughter and son-in-law and obtaining land, plots and permits for the construction of towers and 11 complexes with palaces.
Every vile act and crime during his 36 years of rule at the head of the DP, "hyena" Sali Berisha, has committed to enrich his family, a fact proven by the SPAK investigation into the 20 "Partizani" towers.

E keni gabim oer vleresimin. Figura spo ststura e sotme e Berishes eshte krijese unike e Edi Rames. Rama investoi per kete Berishe qe ne 2008. Me pas, pasi mori pushtetin ne vitin 2013, Berisha e dorezoi pushtetin per te bashjejetuar me Ramen. Me pas, Rama kontriboi per ta depersonalizuar si kryetar opozite, deri dhe vendosjen e tij ne qender te kritikave te nderkombetareve, qe u kurorezua me nongrada. Ne kete situate, Berisha ra edhe me poshte, duke humbur pergjitmone mundesine e riardhjes ne pushtet. Pas kesaj, Rama i dha disa injeksione, qe te mbetej kreu i perhereshem i opozites, por i ngjashem me nje eunuk, qe nuk vjen dot ne pushtet. I ktheu vulen, zyrat dhe projektoi kush do ishte ne mbeshtetje te vazhdueshme te "liderit historik" te PD. U jep leje ndertimi per kulla, u jep tendera dhe dakorteson qendrime qe do te votojne te dy palet. Dakortesojne edhe protestat , parrullat ne to dhe mjetet qe do perdoren....Keshtu Rama e reklamon Berishen si nje kundershtar te papranushem per nderkombetaret.. Keshtu ata do vazhdojne bashkejetesen dhe administrimin, njeri te pushtetit dhe tjetri te opozites se shkaterruar. Te dy bashke, vhedhin dhe ndajne pronat e lejet e ndertimit.
