Dismantling phones, who are the Israelis and Croatians who have terrified

Here are the two companies that help SPAK dismantle electronic devices...

The Special Prosecution Office has put the highest levels of politics on alert. In addition to wiretapping, what has frightened those in power is the dismantling of phones. Even Edi Rama himself threatened them not to dare think that they could take his phone.

But why all this concern? Why do many ministers and MPs change their cell phones so often? SPAK has created one of the most modern laboratories for dismantling electronic devices. Let's not forget that Ilir Meta is in prison today just for dismantling the Prime Minister's phone.

If we look at the statistics for 2023, approximately 407 mobile phones, 76 computers, 19 DVRs and 121 other digital devices (hard drives, USBs, video recorders, tablets, memory cards, CD/DVDs, etc.) were examined.

But the credit for all this work goes to two companies contracted by SPAK. These companies have brought equipment, programs and very capable experts. They are the Israeli company “ Cellebrite DI Ltd ” and the Croatian company “ INsig2 doo ”.

“Cellebrite DI Ltd” is a company with 3 owners founded in 1999 in Israel. They have branches in 14 different countries, concluding hundreds of contracts with security and law enforcement agencies, and providing their experience in the field of cybersecurity. They have created very modern programs, thanks to which any electronic device considered "untouchable" can be dismantled. It is enough to enter their online website to understand how powerful this company is.

On the other hand, SPAK, through a secret procedure, has also contracted the Croatian company based in Zagreb, "INsig2 doo", led by Goran Oparnica.

This company is a leader in the Balkans for examination equipment for mobile phones, computers and others, signing contracts not only with SPAK, but also with the police of Croatia, Montenegro, etc.

Both companies have received millions from SPAK only for the licenses and programs they offer, not including experts and other assistance. Almost all tenders were made through negotiation. So SPAK has chosen them itself and this with the help of the US and the EU. If we see how strong these companies are, we understand why Rama and many others are upset. / Pamphlet
