1. Concessions of three incinerators in Tirana, Elbasan and Fier, worth 430 million euros, to Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri.
2. Four health concessions: Check-up, Medical Laboratories, Hemodialysis and Sterilization of surgical equipment, worth 480 million euros.
3. Donation of 6 million m² of land and state facilities with “1 Euro” contracts to his clients.

5. Concession of the farm with 800 hectares of land in Karavasta, given free of charge for 99 years to the Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska.
