Why has the return of the Americans to SPAK terrified Saliu?

And the comedy reaches its peak when, now that he knows that the American crime experts have returned to SPAK, he continues to speak in a popular style about a professional issue in forensic science.

American experts came to SPAK again. This proves once again that, professionally, in the function of investigating crimes and their trial at SPAK, everything is being directed by American expertise.

Meanwhile, Berisha, as the accused that he is, continues to publicly state in the media that SPAK, according to him, is led by Rama.
But we must emphasize that the popular naivety in an individual defense made by the accused, who is not defended by a lawyer but by himself, is now, in the theory of criminal investigation and accusation, called unprofessional naivety.

The accused defendant who thinks he will defend himself against an accusation, at a time when he is neither a lawyer nor a criminologist, falls victim to his delusion that he knows everything better than others, even though he is not a lawyer.
And these defendants have always been the object of humor, both in the professional life of justice, but also in literature and cinema.

One such person is also appearing in his public appearance, the criminally charged defendant, Sali Berisha. And the comedy reaches its peak when, now that he knows that the American crime experts have returned to SPAK, he continues to speak in a popular style about a professional issue in the science of justice.

But this is indirectly showing that Berisha knows that he committed the crime, and his entire "defense" is understood to have been and is based on the threat to scare SPAK prosecutors and judges. But, can this be achieved?
When you see that SPAK is once again being professionally led by American expertise, the unprofessional defense is lost in an absurd paradigm, and therefore the accused speaks as if he were a frightened ignoramus screaming in fear.
This is essentially the Berisha criminal case today, and Albanians are seeing that the media itself has fallen into an induction by an accused who does not know at all what a criminal charge is, what judicial evidence is and what guilt for a crime is.

Now the court process is awaited, but at a time when the American criminal expertise has come to SPAK again.
So we have no choice but to see the accusation against an individual with public knowledge, who has not yet had the intellectual opportunity to publicly make a professional defense against the criminal accusation, which SPAK and international criminal expertise have frozen and are judging.

But the fact that international professional support has once again arrived in this important criminal process, we believe that the case will be judged fairly and with full judicial evidence.
