NATO has prepared a high-level strategic material, which it has sent not only to member countries, but also to those it considers non-enemies.
The material is in reality "classified", i.e. "Top Secret", but it has nothing to do with analytical data on the arsenal of the alliance's enemies, but with a geostrategic analysis of why Russia is advancing in Ukraine, as well as why the Balkans are not is threatened by Russia.

As it is learned, the report was drafted by a very high and "extraordinary" level of generals and agents of the Western secret services.
