Edi Rama's act with the Justice resolution, more than a real development, is a political act.
It is already clear that the prime minister does not have under control the next SPAK bomb against the majority. Each 'bomb', of course, is not a destructive offensive that can surrender the head of the government, but it is a crater that opens around him, which makes it impossible to continue.
Crater that endangers the fourth mandate, which has turned into a nightmare for the prime minister, who operates with a different agenda with the US and the EU. Therefore, it has decided to mine the ground around it before the explosion of SPAK occurs.
However, aware that the opposition of Sali Berisha and Ilir Meta is more than blackmailable and ruined, Edi Rama is trying to give him breath as long as possible through an oxygen plant.
A total clearing of the ground of the current degraded opposition and with a heavy perception even in the opposition space, a new group would naturally arise, even in a revolutionary way.
Every new exit, however small or segmental, opens up an opportunity to accumulate. Today in Hungary, the most dangerous opposition to Viktor Orban is not being pushed by the classic formation of the socialists, which has failed to get the consensus of the citizens, but by a former leader of Orban's party who is fighting with the anti-corruption card.
Even in Albania, it is not surprising that American and German laboratories are working to produce a new leader in a test tube, and Edi Rama knows this better than anyone.
Therefore, it is trying to extend the production time in the laboratory of a rival, so that it then has time and opportunity to adapt to the environment.
The international plan is to blow up the entire Albanian political field with a high-level operation. Which will reach its peak when the sequestration tape is put on all the luxurious islands of corruption, starting from Lalzi Bay or Kodra e Diellit. The operation that is said to continue in parallel with a large file from the majority. And this will provoke an earthquake so big that an ad'hoc solution can be put in place, for example a technical government until the next election. The scheme that leads to Edi Rama seriously injured and Sali Berisha and Ilir Meta being on trial, avoids them from running for the 2025 elections. And thus turns into a very fertile ground to produce the new political elite with a reference outside the 33-year-old caste .
By keeping the two fossils of the transition alive with the camera, Rama is trying to communicate remotely with the internationals, to negotiate his departure.
But the question is, will he succeed?
In this case, the internationals have never made leaps to disturb the stability in the country, taking into account the regional and international context. In 1997, Sali Berisha threatened with the fall of the state, namely not handing it over as predicted by the internationals.
Both Rama and Berisha e Meta have used a method so far. Leaving the second places empty, so as not to have the opportunity to find the people who will replace them. Rama is giving an opportunity to Berisha and Meta to run in the 2025 elections, by signing the so-called resolution for justice, which may not save the assets seized by the dinosaur SPAK, but may make them MPs in the Assembly again.
All this terminal Albanian atmosphere has turned the political and media scene into a sad mess, as happens with someone who is just waiting to leave eventually.
Berisha and Meta, without any doubt, are today political corpses who only prolong their days in suffering with all the people who surround them, while Edi Rama suffers from a great anxiety that he cannot escape peacefully. Therefore, he is negotiating the departure, which seems to be not far away./ Pamphlet
