After more than 3 hours in SPAK, last week, where he reported on the wealth he has spent these 30 years, Ilir Meta announced from a television studio that he had filed for divorce from Monika Kryemadhi, in court.
Those who know them, laughed the loudest with this news. Others, further away from the couple, are shocked. Not why Iliri is breaking up with Monika, because they are human too and it happens to break up, but the divorce of a couple like him stinks. And if the pus comes to the surface, dirt covers the place.
A couple, like no other in Albania, bound by marriage, children, politics and dirty work, has decided to divorce. Since the day when Ilir Meta handed over the office of the President and returned to the party, he and Monika have not found comfort. Iliri found the party destroyed and blamed Monika for this. Iliri found himself in SPAK and for this he has been blaming Monika for a long time, with insinuations. The control that was made of their assets revealed information, obtained from a mobile phone left at Monika's mother's house, that seriously compromises the famous couple of thieves. Iliri cannot forgive Monika for such "negligence". He put his seal yesterday, in the same television studio, where he declared that, "Monika is closer to SPAK than to him, but SPAK cannot take Ilir Meta, neither through his wife, nor through anyone else".
What does this mean?
Meta is saying that his wife sold him. Meta is saying that SPAK put pressure on him and that it was Monika who created this opportunity for them, after selling the names of collaborators and evidence.
Meta is saying that Monika, to save herself, is going to Hell, Ilyrin.
Meta is saying that LSI was destroyed by Monika and everything else is a consequence of that.
Perhaps it can be so. Perhaps Monika Kryemadhi, from being immersed in crime and dirty work, from incompetence and thirst for power, made a mistake in the opportunity given to her husband, the President, to lead the party and form the opposition. It would not be surprising at all that the end of Ilir Meta comes precisely from his wife. There are many similar cases in the world, where the person closest to you opens the grave.
But Ilir Meta forgets something important.

Do you remember the block, the accounts of corruption that came to light, the gold, the diamond mines, the money of the Albanians who bought property in London and so on? Do you remember the criminals with whom you sat, ate and drank, did business, you and your wife?
If you forgot them, it's okay, because Karma remembers them. Maybe Monika is putting it in, but it will be her turn too. Divorce does not solve anything!/ Pamphlet
