Her husband, her brother-in-law and her sister are prosecutors, while she herself is the deputy speaker of the Parliament. This is the flagrant case of Ermonela Felaj, who, in her response to Sali Berisha in the Assembly, did not call it a problem, but pride.
According to her: her husband, sister and brother-in-law entered the Prosecutor's Office simply because they finished school.
How is it possible for a family to have 4 members in one body, while there are other people with 10s and excellent results in the best universities of the world, and no one approaches them either in the prosecutor's office or in the Court? !
There is no other possibility, but the direct or even indirect influence of the deputy speaker of the Assembly on her family members.
Either Ermonela called or met the leaders of the KLP and the KLJ who make the appointments, or those leaders did it, considering that they were doing a favor to the vice-president of the Assembly, that the latter when the Assembly votes for the magistrates, to lobby for them.
There is no logic, no justification for so many prosecutors and judges to be elected within one family, and this is not just a conflict of interest that makes 'muuuu', but a scandal that SPAK should have followed, even if Felaj intervened, he should be prosecuted . It is in the Criminal Code of the Republic.
Po pse ka ndodhur ky skandal i madh, që as në kohën e Enver Hoxhës nuk ngjante. Quhej familjaritet, nuk kishte shans që brenda një ndërmarrjeje, qoftë edhe fabrikë tullash apo e pastrimit të qytetit, të punonin dy anëtarë të një familjeje. Larg qoftë në systemin e drejtësisë…
Në Drejtësi, e cila natyrisht ishte ‘drapri e çekani’ i diktaturës, prokurorët e gjyqtarët ishin njerëz të izoluar nga lidhjet e krushqisë dhe nepotizmit.
Aranit Çela ka qenë njeriu që ka dënuar thuajse të gjithë armiqtë e Enver Hoxhës.
E di kush ku kanë punuar familjarët e tij? Jo!
Natyrisht ishin në vende pëllumbash, se Çela ishte i dyti pas Enver Hoxhës për influencë, Araniti të bënte gjëmën. Por nuk i kishte të punësuar në sistemin gjyqësor. Madje ka gjasa që as në juridik nuk i jepnin bursë.
Natyrisht Araniti mund të ua siguronte dhe madje edhe ta mbaronin shkollën me dhjeta, por kjo do të ishte një pikë e dobët, nëse atij- Enverit do t’i mbushej mendja t’i këpuste kokën xhelatit të tij. Se edhe ka ndodhur.
Por si ka mundësi që Ermonela e ka bërë këtë?
Sepse e ka lënë ai, i madhi. Edi Rama pra, për të futur njerëz të besuar në prokurori, për të pasur njerëz që të marrë informacion. Për të terrorizuar njerëzit e drejtësisë së re.
Ermonela Felaj është një politikane pa asnjë nuhatje, ose thjesht ka zbatuar një urdhër, duke u kthyer kështu në një argate. Pasi realisht ajo nuk do t’ja hedhë gjatë, edhe pse u mundua të mbronte pozicionin dhe familjarët e saj. Ajo i ka bërë gropën vetes në logjikën e karrierës politike, por edhe familjarëve të saj, në karrierat e tyre në drejtësi.
Kushdo njeri me ‘dy pare mend në kokë’ nuk e çon të gjithë familjen në një “ndërmarrje”, edhe pse ka pushtet të madh, pasi në një moment do t’i kthehet në boomerang. Ermonela e shkretë është viktimë, sipas të gjitha gjasave nga babëzia e saj e shfrenuar, ose ngaqë ja kanë imponuar. Nëse ajo do të ketë integritet, duhet ta tregojë publikisht pse e ka bërë këtë shkelje ligji me të dy këmbët. Pasi është juriste me përvojë, e shumë qartë e kupton se mund t’i ndodhë ndonjë armagedon familjar.
