Ambassador Yuri Kim left, leaving behind a battle of justice in the process, for hitting the "causes" of politics and power, a fact that is evidenced by the open attacks of Sali Berisha and Ilir Meta against her, against DASH and SPAK and the scenarios underground of Edi Rama and his clan, to divert and prevent the impact of the dome.
In the fight against the political mafia, or more precisely the 4-5 families that have been ruling for 30 years and have committed every kind of crime in this country, the new justice system is still not implementing the Croatian model, to bring heads of state, oligarchs, cartel groups and powerful traffickers associated with them.
But the fact that the FBI and the US Treasury has led SPAK with the ultimatum to investigate and send to trial, the files of the Berisha-Meta-Rama-Balluku-Veliaj mafia families and the Salillari, Ulaj, Gjikuria, Fusha, Dako, Roland Ziu, Gjergj groups Luca, Lul Morina, etc., shows that Ambassador Yuri Kim has cast the "net" in the right place.
Already, with Order No. 14033, dated June 7, 2021 of President Joe Biden and the files in the FBI and SPAK, the mafia group of politicians, oligarchs and traffickers in Albania, are isolated "sharks" in the "aquarium" of justice, which fortunately is guided and supervised by USA.
According to the practice that "America catches the rabbit with a cart", the truth must be accepted that Yuri Kim broke the "iron wall" of inviolability, and created the ground of investigation for high political leaders, closing the first stage of the process against them , with the obligation of SPAK to act.
DASH's increased attention to the fight against crime and corruption in Albania and the Executive order of President Joe Biden specifically to hit tainted senior statesmen, show that soon, a "typhoon" will begin to strike at levels untouched until now. While the appointment of Mrs. Yuri Kim to the Section for Albania in the Anti-Corruption Sanctions Office in DASH, proves that her work with justice has been evaluated as a success and a guarantee to finalize the strike at high levels.
So, DASH has concluded that Yuri Kim has cast the "net" according to the scheme of American justice, for the "sharks" of politics that must be brought before the law. Because, if it were for SPAK bosses and prosecutors, they wouldn't even dream of starting investigations for Sali Berisha, Ilir Meta, Edi Rama, Belinda Balluku and their family members and oligarchs, as they didn't dare during the 15 years when they were prosecutors of Serious Crimes.
It is DASH's intention that the "net" thrown by Yuri Kim will be pulled out by the new US Ambassador, David Kostelančik, immediately after taking office, in order to put an end to the rule of the political and state mafia with punishment, while SPAK and the Special Court will be enforcers.
The question arises: Why did the "shark net" not be taken out by the one who threw it, Ambassador Yuri Kim?
