As the war in Ukraine enters its third year, the psychology of war has taken hold across Europe. Mental life is thus subject to serious fluctuations that are related to the fate of the individual and the collective. The psychology of war is being imposed not only on the individual, but also on the peoples.
In a post-traumatic environment of war, such as our country, the return of the psychology of war, moral reasoning, is related to the need to promote a new standard that is being promoted at the European level. This standard, which normally has a point of reference in the legal right to self-defense, the right to self-defense and the demand for justice, also relates it to the issue of public morality, which is determined in this case only by the nation in times of war, giving identity to the whole society. Anyone who in this case is identified as an enemy, respectively an intermediate party, even a neutral party, is identified with evil, thus violating the values that today embody what was previously understood as an established order of morality.
The war in Kiev, as serious analysts had warned, will force Russia to review its action strategy not only in its battlefields in Ukraine, but also in those geopolitical spaces that would be imposed on the warring parties.
The war in Ukraine has imposed conflicting dynamics of division, respectively of the realignment of nations in the Western Hemisphere as well. The international public meanwhile is also experiencing a conflicting dynamic of separation with the possible new escalation in the Balkans. It is a matter of wise policy to read this dynamic well and to prepare the State and the public to face the evil before; it is a matter of social scientific analysis to understand this future phenomenon.
When the American ambassador in Belgrade, in the audience with the Serbian President, warns that Kosovo may soon be in possession of one of the most sophisticated types of modern weapons, it seems that he points out exactly the warning of possible conflict dynamics.
The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, after the meeting with the Ambassador of the United States of America, Christopher Hill, announced that the USA has approved Pristina's purchase of Javelin missiles.
On this occasion, write the media of the region, Ambassador Hill informed President Vucic about the American decision to accept Pristina's request for the purchase of "Javalin" anti-tank missiles. Vucic could not describe this information as "a big disappointment for Serbia".
The well-known Croatian daily Slobodna Dallmacija describes this act as shocking news, namely "America's blow to Serbia".
It seems that this information will mark the "turning point" for the reports, respectively the historical rivalry between Albanians and Serbs. It signals the political will of Kosovo's leaders to transform the Republic into a defensive military power with the unconditional ability to face the challenges that may be imposed on it, then the moral opinion has no way not to violate the state's mandate for cultivating a the modern type of patriotism as a counterweight to Serbian chauvinism and preparations for the defense of the Nation's values.
In this particular case, the debate about a future security strategy clearly turns out to be essentially about the need for life and not about war, but the fact that in South-East Europe, after a quarter of a century, war is again being imposed by Serbia, is about the return of Serbian ideologues and leaders to traditional chauvinism./ Pamphlet
