Why is Berisha running on Lulzim Basha's list?
The 4-year-old telenovela of the Berisha-Basha war has come to an end. The acting of the great artist with the fight against the one who ran for prime minister for 10 years has turned into a variety show.
Every evening on the news, it seems like you're watching a rebroadcast of the same political schemes from the 2017 or 2024 elections.
Sali Berisha is going to the elections with the same lists, with the same names and with the same allies that Lulzim Basha had.
The grotesque scenes of Fatmir Mediu, Vangjel Dule, Agron Duka entering the building for negotiations have been repeated for 20 years in a row. This is the same first scenario and repeated several times:
- before Lulzim Basha
- during Lulzim Basha
- after Lulzim Basha

But why does Berisha call every day for the expansion of the opposition and for 20 years has he only made offers to 4 leaders of old parties and not new ones?
Anyone who knows how to read politics understands why Berisha is not making an offer to Endri Shabani, Adriatik Lapaj, Agron Shehaj, Arlind Qorri, Eleni Kocaqi, etc.
Every poll yields 20% for all the new parties that Berisha does not approach, and 0% for the 4 parties that Berisha guarantees on the lists.
Clearly, Berisha is not looking for coalition expansion or a partner to overthrow Edi Rama, but for some safe soldiers in Parliament.
Berisha is not fighting to emerge as the first coalition and create a winning list. He simply knows the outcome and is designing a losing list with loyalists in the opposition.
The next question: why does the Democratic Party not have any new personalities or famous people on its list, but only the old jackets that were once on Lulzim Basha's lists?
After 4 years of campaigning, Ritsthalemi has not been able to have even 2-3 prominent names join that party for the first time.
Berisha continues with Lulzim Basha's lists with the same names that removed him, humiliated him, accused him, offended him, degenerated him, denounced him and even poisoned him with gas at the party's armored doors.
Don't you understand how comical the Berisha list looks with the same names that the Basha list had for 10 years?
So Berisha wants to overthrow the Rama government with the Basha lists.
In these conditions, two alternatives remain:
- Or no one gets close to Berisha because they see him as a 100% loser of the elections.
- Or Basha's lists were prepared by Sali Berisha and therefore he runs 100% of the names that he himself placed on the lists but forced Lulzim to sign.
The candidacy of 100% of the Basha list and 100% of Basha's allies on May 11th, took off the mask of Sali Berisha, who for 10 years blamed Lulzim Basha for the losses. In fact, behind the lists, after the boycott and after the burning of mandates, he has always been the "legend" of the party.
