Today, in Albania's political leadership, the current Rama government and the Albanian Parliament as an institution for the clash of ideas for national development, there are no new ideas at all.
The history of Albania is awaiting the real change of this new century.
As a rule, national change in a society proceeds through new ideas. But these ideas must be utilitarian (useful).
The usefulness of new ideas in a society are those ideas that necessarily answer this question: Are these ideas useful for the history of our society?
This is exactly where utilitarianism begins and takes its true place.
It was the great English philosopher David Hume who, in the 19th century, truly pioneered the philosophy of social or national utility, and who linked this to the nature, scope and limits of human knowledge.
Therefore, we as a society today are at the exact time when we will definitely need useful ideas for national development. But have we already formulated these ideas?
No, so far our development as a society and as a state has been spontaneous. And this is because the government and Parliament of Albania, at this time, have not been able to give our time and society new ideas.
Therefore, it is correct when we say with concrete observation that: our national development progresses spontaneously and not in an organized manner towards new ideas.
And this happens because, in fact, today in the political direction of Albania, the current Rama government and the Albanian Parliament as an institution for the clash of ideas for national development, there are no new ideas at all. That is, starting from this very fact, we must say what we emphasized above: today, Albanian society and the Albanian government are in a state of economic-political stagnation.
And we must remember that stagnation is a state of a fact that has remained in a static position and at rest, and that this static position, in the idea we are dealing with, is a freezing of the idea of national development and of the economy itself.
Therefore, today Albanian society in Albania needs to get out of this situation, because it needs new ideas towards integral development.
And we must keep in mind that such a social situation, called social sanitization, cannot last long, because if the current government is not able to create the movement for development that we emphasized above, the economic situation will go towards decadence, in a gradual deterioration.
Let's see: will this government be able to begin illuminating the market, society, and the state with new ideas towards permanent national progress?
