And two cases are quite clear, the amnesty and the electoral reform.
The decisive factor in the failure of the amnesty last week was exactly the bargain of Berisha's pulpit with the socialists, who guaranteed them in an informal way that they would vote for the amnesty through a "private" amendment of a Berisha deputy, while the vote would be sold as a Democratic Party bargain.
And the Democratic Party had its full right to withdraw from the vote precisely to denounce Berisha's bargain with the majority in power.
So the only Pazar that existed for amnesty was the one with Berisha. The official PD offer has been public, even with its limitations.
The same behavior is with the Electoral Reform Commission. Parliament follows the legal procedures of group representation, not rallies, to decide who represents whom in the Assembly.
And today the Democratic Party is formally the opposition party represented in the Commission by Enkelejd Alibej. The battle for Oerd Bylykbashi to be co-president is politically legitimate, but Berisha's party must become a paper party. They could have registered their parliamentary group, had their own representative and were on the Commission. They don't want to be a paper party. They want to be a street movement to protect Berisha and this is their choice. They have actually delegated the power of their party to Ilir Meta.
And since they do not meet the conditions, they try to accuse PD of cooperating with the government for the electoral reform. So if it is Bylykbashi it is not called cooperation, but normality, if it is Alibej it is called cooperation.

He even bases his entire political school on bargaining and blackmail and not on institutional relations. What he has been doing for two years as an enemy of the West is just a banal blackmail for bargaining.
In his mind he thinks that the day will come when someone will give him a bargain, so that he will climb down from the window. That is why he is worried that like the majority or the West, they no longer talk to anyone else but only to him.
But this time, it is clear that I will not accept blackmail or bargaining. The best scenario is to close the window there, because there is worse.
