Usually conspiracy theories with agents and espionage, especially when it comes to the centuries-old enemies of the Albanians in the Balkans and beyond, 'sell' in the media sense of the word and the interest of the public to see them published through the media is very great.
The "poker" of espionage in a 'gunpowder power' area like the Balkans is quite sensitive, such a statement by the head of DP Basha, we saw that it took little or almost no place on the front pages of the media.
We do not think that such a statement by the head of the official DP, with the argument that Basha is a politician who is not taken seriously, has been left off the radar of interest. Although it cannot be thought that he does not have information, considering that the chairman of the DP, Lulzim Basha, is also the current reporter of the Council of Europe on the confiscation of Russian assets and their use to repair the damage caused by the aggression of Russia to Ukraine.
Meanwhile, Basha was also used by UNMIK and the Hague Tribunal after the war in Kosovo, unfortunately, to collect evidence and facts against the KLA and its former commanders, and to be accused with these data of war crimes and even organ trafficking human, a charge that, although it led to the establishment of the Special Court in The Hague, has fallen over time. Berisha suspects that Basha has heard in the corridors of the Council of Europe and its Parliamentary Assembly any information that there may be a third official request to Vučić for the opening of these files, as a condition to facilitate the integration of Serbia in the Euro-Atlantic structures.
But why do we say that Berisha and many of his supporters and partners, in the pulpit, in politics and in the media, are very frightened by the news of the declassification of the spies of the Serbian UDB and the Russian KGB, at the height of the campaign to confront the Russian aggression in Ukraine or the efforts of Russia to deepen its influence in the Balkans and possibly create a new source of conflict in the region. In view of the hybrid war in the heart of Europe and the easing of the burden of the battle in Ukraine.
Berisha has been accused from the beginning of cooperation with the Serbian espionage structure, UDB. It has been accused both from within the PD and from political opponents in Albania. According to SP.
In the beginning, internal news circulated since 1991 about the involvement of Serbian agencies in the bloody events that took place in Albania. It was secretly accused that the man from Belgrade, the son-in-law of one of the highest officials of the UDB, had a 'hand' in this massacre, simply and only to come to power. They spoke without names, but then the names were disclosed and at the top of this list was none other than Sali Berisha, the then leader of the first opposition party in Albania, DP.
Then, just 3 years later, it was the leader of Djetori, Azem Hajdari, who in December 1994, while using his status as the head of the Parliamentary Commission of Order of SHIK, raised the alarm that only the files of the UDB spies had disappeared . Hajdari directly accused Sali Berisha, according to him the most interested party in the disappearance of these files, demanding their recovery. According to Hajdar, the disappearance of the files was done through the then head of SHIK, Bashkim Gazidede.

Paçka se Berisha erdhi në pushtet me premtimin për zbardhjen e kësaj vrasjeje, por që heshti për 8 vite me radhë si kryeministër.
Ndërkohë që pas Hajdarit, kanë qenë shumë të tjerë që kanë akuzuar Berishën si të rekrutuar nga UDB Jugosllave që dominohej nga Serbia, mes të cilëve dhe zyrtari i lartë socialist Taulant Balla, sot ministër i Brendshëm. I cili në atë kohë, me statusin e zyrtarit të lartë të grupit të PS në opozitë, akuzonte Berishën se ka qenë një spiun i UDB, madje dhe duke hedhur në publik e për pasojë dhe në media faksimile me pasazhe në gjuhën serbe, ku Berisha cilësohej sipas tij një dorë e UDB në Shqipëri. Akuza këto që në marsin e vitit 2012 dhe nuk kanë reshtur në vitet në vijim.
Akuza në drejtim të Berishës kanë hedhur dhe deputetë e zyrtarë të tjerë të të gjitha krahëve në Shqipëri, duke filluar nga Spartak Braho. Kohë më vonë kanë qenë dhe shërbimet inteligjente partnere që përmes ish zyrtarëve të saj e ka cilësuar Berishën si ‘dorën’ e Beogradit në Shqipëri. Akuza që vijojnë dhe sot e kësaj dite, përfshirë dhe atë indirekte të bërë nga Basha disa ditë më parë.
Parë në këto kushte, duke qenë se shërbimet partnere po parashikonin një situatë aspak të qetë dhe në Ballkanin Perëndimor, bëjnë parashikime afatgjata bota jo si ne shqiptarët që punojmë dhe jetojmë sot për sot, si dhe shqetësimit të rritje të organizmave evropianë që parashihnin rrezikun rus në prag, për t’i prerë ‘dorën’ e zgjatur Moskës në Ballkan, që është Serbia, kërkuan nga qeveria serbe deklasifikimin e spiunëve ballkanas të UDB, mes të cilëve dhe ata shqiptarë. Sidomos zyrtarëve të lartë të nivelit të parë dhe të dytë.
Duke qenë se spiunët përbëjnë gjithnjë rrezik për një vend apo dhe për një strukturë, siç janë ato euroatlantike, pasi mund të kalojnë ‘dorë më dorë’, pra nga UDB tek shërbimi sekret rus dhe anasjelltas për t’u përdorur kur t’ua lypë nevoja, janë të shantazhueshëm dhe bëjnë çfarë t’ju thonë dhe në dëm të popullit të vet, u kërkua me insistim nga Vuçiç që të zbardhen dosjet e tyre.
Për këto arsye, duke shfrytëzuar të gjitha Konventat Ndërkombëtare, për deklasifikimin e raporteve të shërbimeve sekrete si dhe për të dekomunistizuar tërësisht politikën dhe shoqërinë vendet ish komuniste, partnerët tanë ndërkombëtarë kanë kërkuar me insistim zbardhjen dhe të dosjeve të spiunëve të UDB-së në të gjithë rajonin e Ballkanit, përfshirë këtu dhe Shqipërinë.
Në vitin 2015 ka patur dy kërkesa nga ana e Parlamentit Europian dhe Këshilli i Europës, përmes të cilave i është kërkuar qeverisë serbe e më konkretisht Presidentit Vuçiç që të deklasifikojë dhe të zbardhë dosjet e ish-agjentëve të UDB-së në Ballkan.
Mënyra e deklasifikimit të dosjeve të ish agjentëve të UDB u kërkua të bëhet sipas shembullit të Gjermanisë, e cila pas bashkimit, zbardhi dosjet e agjentëve të STAS, të cilët kishin shtrirë fijet e tyre në të gjitha vendet e Europës Lindore. Paçka se mes tyre kishte dhe intelektualë, shkencëtarë, madje dhe shkrimtarë të shquar, por kjo nuk e pengoi në asnjë moment këtë proces.
Por Vuçiç herë duke bërë viktimën, herë duke u zvarritur e herë duke mashtruar nuk i hapi kurrë këto dosje, vetëm premtoi se do ta bënte duke lënë gjithçka pezull në Këshillin e Europës, por duke lënë pezull dhe ‘frymën’ e të gjithë spiunëve në Ballkan, mes të cilëve dhe ata shqiptarë.
Vuçiç vijoi të zvarriste deklasifikimin e dosjeve të spiunëve të UDB pafund. Për këtë arsye në fillimin e vitit 2019 iu kërkua sërish zbatimi i kërkesave të Parlamentit Europian dhe Këshillit të Europës, që sipas modelit gjerman të zbardheshin dosjet e spiunëve të UDB të gjithë Balkanit, pra dhe të Shqipërisë, kërkesë që i përsëritet Vuçiçit vit pas viti.
Dhe Vuçiç jep gjithnjë përgjigje pozitive, duke bërë që të kalojnë në ‘parainfarkt’ të gjithë ata spiunë në rajon, më shumë në Tiranë, të cilët herë pas here janë shfrytëzuar për akte dhune, tentativë për destabilizim të Shqipërisë, sa herë që ia ka lypë nevoja Serbisë apo aleatit të saj, atëherë dhe sot, Moskës.
Eshtë kthyer në kronike tashmë që sa herë që Vuçiç deklaron publikisht se do zbardhë këto dosje e deklasifikuar të gjithë agjentët e UDB në Ballkan e në Shqipëri, menjëherë fillon aktivizimi i tyre, i kërkuar ose jo pasi e dinë ‘rutinën e punës’, për të tentuar destabilizimin në rajon dhe në Shqipëri. Shqiptarët mund të “puthisin’ datat kur të duan për të parë ‘koincidencën’ e rastit mes deklaratave për deklasifikim spiunësh të UDB e KGB dhe tentativave për destabilizim këtu.
Rastet kanë qenë të shumta që të bëjnë të dyshohet, se dhe tani këta ish spiunë, apo spiunë aktivë e të ‘fjetur’ mund të riaktivizohen, për hesap të Beogradit apo të Moskës. Aq më tepër që Kremlini është investuar shumë për Berishën, duke financuar PD me mbi gjysmë milioni dollarë për të destabilizuar vendin dhe më pas dhe rajonin. E thonë dhe shërbimet partnere këtë. Dhe kjo është vetëm pjesa e financimit e kapur në “flagrancë’, pasi në mënyrë të nëndheshme mund të jenë dhënë shuma akoma më të mëdha, tek familjarët apo dhe ortakët e Berishës.
