Bardhi is the person who expelled Berisha from the DP Parliamentary Group, and fought a two-year battle against him, even more decisively than Basha.
Returned to PD ostensibly under the slogan "united in diversity", today he was forced to invent a new slogan, "united in unity around Berisha."
His request that Berisha be made official by the Presidency of the Assembly as a member of the DP Group is clearly a request without an address, since Lindita Nikolla has no authority to name whose deputies they belong to. This would be the end of parliamentarism. The membership of a deputy in a parliamentary group is a self-declaration procedure at the beginning of each parliamentary season and is regulated by law, not by the wishes of the leaders of the assembly.
Bardhi knows this well, as he used this procedure to exclude Berisha. But embarrassed by Berisha, who demands that Bardhi provide evidence of humiliation in front of him, he forces him to ask for logical things, to show Berisha that he is ready to step not only on himself, but also on his profession. it is enough for him to believe it.
It is not that after this he will be trusted by Berisha, but at least he will be humiliated by him. And this is a convenient "post" close to Berisha.
For the same reason, the group of fire burning tires in front of the City Hall, and which moved in front of the Assembly, were less than at the City Hall, but that did not matter either. It is important for the Assembly to be warned that if Berisha does not receive the seal on June 11, and even worse, if his mandate is removed on June 11, when by coincidence he completes six months without going to the Assembly, he will make a mess.
If inside the hall he humiliated Bardhi, outside the hall he humiliated himself.

This is his real drama, since what he still has the power to do with individuals, he seems unable to do with the opposition. You can't humiliate them anymore, because they don't leave the house for it anymore. And this is the real drama of it.

The maximum that Berisha can do without a stamp and mandate is what he did today. Humiliate Gazment Bardhi inside the Assembly, where he tries to become a DP deputy, and torture 50 people outside the Assembly by burning tires. These he is free to do and further, that they actually deserve to be humiliated and tortured.
