All this relationship with the name of the mighty when one is afraid, is a false relationship. Look at the relationship between Kosovars and Clinton. The original Clinton himself came to Tirana, stayed as a guest for two days, but no Kosovo leader came to meet him.
There were 16 boys sitting on the steps of the government headquarters, none of them the same age as the other, none of them knew the other before going up the stairs. The thing that unites them is the name, they are all called the same, 'Clinton'. The papame show was played in those moments when President Clinton himself, the one who has the official 'seal' of this name, was being received in Tirana with special ceremony and friendship.

Surprisingly, none of the Albanians named their son 'Bill', they only took the last name 'Clinton'.
The Albanians of Kosovo, from the day they were liberated in 1999 and started to make their own state, brought Bill Clinton to the nearest breath, in their relatives and in their family, as a living totem. They had no way to honor him more than to inherit the name 'Clinton' to the son. To this day, they continue like this, while there on the steps of the headquarters there was also a two or three year old child named 'Clintoniana'. But why did the Albanians take the surname 'Clinton' and not the name 'Bill' for the child's name? Besides the sounding better in Albanian of the name 'Clinton', there is another essence to what is happening. 'Bill' is a very short and stuffy thing, especially since there may be thousands of 'Bills' across America. While Clinton is known as only one, especially in Kosovo, there is only one like God himself.
Albanian parents chose the surname as a name for the sake of the strength that the surname 'Clinton' represents. When he was president of America, he gave the order to bomb Belgrade, liberated Kosovo, set some borders and told the Kosovars: 'I brought you freedom with war, now win peace'.
That was all, and that's why the Kosovars were left with the view of the war. Kort Schork, Reuters journalist, a war journalist who also excelled in the Kosovo war, did what he did and came to Tirana just to breathe. One day he tells me what was happening in Kosovo with the names:
- So far I have counted 13 children who were just born but named 'Apache' - he told me.
The Boeing AH-64 Apache is an American-made attack helicopter that landed anywhere, night and day, that was used in the Kosovo War and made a name for itself. Kosovars also looked at the helicopter as the god of the sky, because of its strength; that's why they named the children. Even in Tirana, after the Second War, many children took the names Partizan, Warrior, Ideal, Congress, Molotov, Republic..., all with the clothing of the force of the time.
Only the name 'Enver' was not used often - and for the same reason, for the reason of fear. The reason why the name or surname of the powerful, be it president, tank or helicopter, was used is related to the hysteria of fear. It is the same reason why in certain tribes, to this day, the certain animal is consecrated and this is called 'totem'.
Gjithë kjo marrëdhënie me emrin e të fuqishmit kur njeriu ka frikë, është marrëdhënie false. Shikoni marrëdhënien e kosovarëve me Clinton. Vetë Clinton origjinal erdhi në Tiranë, qëndroi mysafir dy ditë, por asnjë lider i Kosovës nuk erdhi ta takojë. ‘Ai ishte, tani nuk është!’, thanë.
Edhe monumenti në Prishtinë, si një vepër e shëmtuar skulpturore, mund të hiqet pas pak ose do të duket si ‘Bill Clinton Berisha’, djaloshi që u paraqit, edhe ky i gjallë në shkallët e selisë së qeverisë. Lufta e vitit 1999 është harruar që tani në Kosovë. Edhe lideri i saj, Clinton, duket si totem i vdekur. Vetë Pavarësia e Kosovës duket si një çantë që dikush e ka harruar në rrugë. Vetë Republika e Kosovës dhe flamuri i saj nuk njihen nga qeveria e Republikës së Kosovës. Atëherë çfarë duhet kjo marrëdhënie familjare me emrin ‘Clinton’ ? Kjo është marrëdhënie false, njësoj si çdo marrëdhënie e fiseve të dobëta me perëndinë e vdekur. Sapo kaluan pak vite në liri, kjo marrëdhënie u shkri si bora; nuk ekziston më.
The government of Kosovo is leading the country into isolation, with the same instinct to separate from America and the entire West. It can accept new relations with anyone, even with the Islamic State, but not with America, which is 'done'. The Deputy Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo said yesterday that 'the people here are confused'; the confused can be sent to any earring. The only force that has returned alive, after its death in 1999, is Serbia. The government of Kosovo, from morning to night, calls out "Serbia!, Serbia!, Serbia!", in order to raise the fear of a dead danger since the Clinton war. The danger of Serbia no longer exists since then, but the Albanian government needs to be kept alive. He needs to rule his people through fear. They are still returning Kosovo to the hysteria of fear, where it was.
