It is a shame for the Albanian state that Albania still has a prime minister who does not know what the law is or what the court is in the function of justice in Albania, but also in the entire European Union.
But it is now clearly understood that Edi Rama still does not want and cannot understand that the supreme body in a Western democracy is only the free and independent Court.
But why is Prime Minister Rama attacking the judicial power in Albania with an ignorant verb? Because he has not yet learned what the state is and does not know constitutionally who the prime minister is and what the court is in a democratic European-Western state.
But it is understandable that Rama is afraid of SPAK. But he must endure it, because SPAK today is Albania's hope to establish the judicial power, the constitutional power and the Parliament of Albania, in the strong structure of justice and constitutional order.
So why is Rama now appearing publicly with this kind of dictatorial anger?
Because he is saying what the Turks of the Ottoman Empire said: Ben kralım - only I am. But he will not be able to grasp this.
Avokat, ke rënë goxha në cilësi në shkrimet që bën. Dobët. E bën kastile apo s'ke më takat, kjo ha debat. Çështja është e theshtë. Rama ka frikë nga Spaku se kujtonte se ishte i paprkshëm. Spaku po vete te Balluku. Por po arrestuan e dënuan Ballukun, ajo mund të bëhet e penduar dhe e merr Ramën me vete. Se kanë ngrënë dardha bashkë. Kaq e thjeshtë është. Po ra Balluku, bie Rama. Po ra Rama, bie komplet PS dhe katandiset më keq se PD.
Nuk eshte nevoja te behet e penduara e drejtesise Balluku. Sepse Rama automatikisht eshte i akuzuar nga pergjimet. Dhe po ndodhi kjo, nuk bie Rama apo Rilindja por bie gjithe Sistemi 35vjeçar - majtas, djathtas, rretherreth.
"SPAK sot është shpresa e Shqipërisë për të vendosur pushtetin gjyqësor, pushtetin kushtetues dhe Parlamentin e Shqipërisë, në strukturën e fortë të drejtësisë dhe të rendit kushtetues." thotë Spartaku pa e kuptuar se kjo eshte anti demokratike e anti drejtsi si mundet një organ represioni të bëje e drejtoje gjithe shtetin , njeri i shgënjyer dhe shpêrfillur shkel të gjithë parimet juridike e filozofike mbi drejtsinë dhe diktaturat s'e shprehin haptas kte ide qê prokurorët kontrollojnë sistemin e drejtsisë. Urrejtja , dështimi dhe shpërfillja i përshfytyrojnë kta njerës që plus kanë vuajtur nga një drejtsi e tillë. Rama është në të drejtën kushtetuese të ankohet në Gj K ...fjalën e ka Gjykata Kushtetuese.
