There are still today in the country's police stations, or prosecutor's offices, corrupt policemen and prosecutors, connected to criminal gangs, to traffickers, who sabotage the actions of the State Police, who receive salaries from criminals.
This year's summer was filled with numerous criminal acts. From arson, to injuries and cold-blooded murders on the streets, bars, residential areas, beaches, etc. Crime seems to have taken over towns and villages, tourist and mountain areas. Every day crimes of various kinds are heard and reported, serious acts related to property, family, momentary insults, old grudges and other trivial causes. The State Police, sometimes comes out with specific announcements, sometimes with statements condemning the media for "dangerous devices that harm the investigation of the crime that happened", then starts the battle of documents with the investigative bodies.
For its part, the Prosecutor's Office acts as if it were autonomous, and independent from the work of the blue uniforms. A mish-mash, that even the courts are not able to legally separate the culprit from the victim. Where are we going with these crimes, with this wave and number of crimes that are shocking the public? The only media remains, the one that informs citizens in real time about criminal acts, accidents, murders, injuries, fights between neighborhoods and cities, between young people and teenagers.
Just as it is the only police that comes last, collects the cartridges, starts the chika-chika investigation, sends the collected facts to the Prosecutor's Office, and that's it. But less than 24 hours after the previous crime, the cobra broke out in Velipojë, Tirana, Shkodër, Vlora, Bulqiza, etc. Citizens ask, save, make comments and evaluations. They want the State Police to be ubiquitous, to be more efficient, to be more ready to deal with criminals, with the "strong ones" who walk at 180 km/h between cities, even on highways, they demand that in the palace, the neighborhood and their city to be identified by the police of the areas criminal elements, and arrested. But unfortunately the opposite often happens. The police, paid by our taxes, find it easier to fine, stop and arrest any ordinary citizen than a "strong" one.
There are still today in the country's police stations, or prosecutor's offices, corrupt policemen and prosecutors, connected to criminal gangs, to traffickers, who sabotage the actions of the State Police, who receive salaries from criminals. This is a scandal. The State Police, KLP, SPAK, must be stopped and hit mercilessly, such elements who receive a salary in the state, and are also paid by crime.
Citizens want calm, safety in the streets and schools, as they feel afraid. The criminal goes out into the streets, bars, city centers, and fires a gun at "his encounter", without asking that there are innocent men, women, and children passing by. Time does not wait. The State Police must clean itself up, and start the fatal blow against crime, otherwise it will feel kneeling before it.
