On May 3, 2010, the Berisha government authorized the company PRIMAGAS ALBANIA of Karcin, to build hydrocarbon deposits in Porto Romano.
So Karçini gives 150 thousand euros to Shkëlzen, Berisha gives permission for deposits to Karçini.
