SPAK should not investigate the buying of the people, but the selling of the opposition in the elections

Comical….. 4 politicians investigated by SPAK will count the people's votes?

The evolution of vote theft in Albania has undergone apocalyptic cycles.

Over the years, the forms of vote theft have changed. Initially, votes were exchanged for a sack of flour or cattle, and later for euros or large favors.

According to OSCE reports, 30% of the vote was once distorted, meaning 500,000 Albanians were selling their votes for lek or clearing.

First question: Are those who buy votes or those who sell votes to blame?

According to the Criminal Code, the responsibility goes to those who buy because they cannot put half a million Albanians in prison.

According to many indices and information, if there are not 500 thousand voters who have sold out, there are at least 200,000 who once diverted their votes in exchange for: euros, favors, clearing or jobs.

With this logic, vote buying in Albania has become very difficult, expensive and dangerous for two reasons:

1- 200,000 votes cost a minimum of 20 million euros

2- Distributing 20 million euros to 200,000 voters is dangerous and could be discovered by the media or law enforcement bodies such as BKH or SPAK.

Under these conditions, it is cheaper and safer for the government to buy the leader of the opposition than 200,000 voters. It is no coincidence that Edi Rama, from 2017 to today, continues to seduce and flatter Basha yesterday, or Berisha today.

Bargaining with one person is simpler and less costly than with 200,000 Democratic voters.

SPAK head Altin Dumani presented this week the strategy for the fight against electoral crimes on the eve of the May 11 parliamentary elections.

I heard his theoretical strategy, but even if he is successful, it will not solve the election manipulation.

All over the world, the investigation into match-fixing begins with the sale of the opponent.

By buying the opponent, every competition is rigged:

- in tenders

- in art

- in football

- in boxing

- in technology.

SPAK should investigate whether the competition was rigged before it started.

They enter the competition but the referee is theirs.

That is: The people vote but Rama-Berisha counts.

On the day SPAK announced its strategy against electoral crimes, the CEC announced the commissioners of the 4 old parties who will count the votes of the new parties. Officially, the votes of the new parties will be counted by the 4 parties:

- Sali Berisha

- Tom Doshit

- Ilir Metas

- Edi Rama

The people say: "They hung the wolf's livers"

What kind of investigation will SPAK conduct when the defendants under indictment will count the votes of the people and voters who want to see them in prison.

Altin Dumani must understand that votes are not stolen either in the box or in the commission.

The vote is predetermined by those who are hostage to criminal files and after the elections will vote against extending the mandate of SPAK prosecutors.

The election result is not determined on May 11th.

Those 2,000 votes bought in restaurants that will be discovered by SPAK cannot undo the manipulation of a race that does not exist.

The time for vote buying is over. No one spends a dime to buy the votes of villagers in the villages.

We have been living for 8 years in an era of buying and selling of the opposition and its leader.

It's a bargain price. The opposition is also bought and sold through clearing, depending on the problems the leaders have.
