Edi Rama is "obliged" to cooperate with Sali Berisha, so when the Americans took the latter out of the door of politics, the former re-entered through the back window of the Parliament.
The agreement of 2008, made especially with the firm of both, which everyone agrees has deeply deformed the political system in Albania, has reduced the level of democracy and that of representation, turning the country into a presidential democracy, even turning the deputies into extensions of the will of the president, is the only 'guarantee' of Edi Rama's longevity in power and of keeping Sali Berisha in the opposition.
Even this agreement is not to bring the opposition to power, to give Albanians the opportunity and the right to choose or to ensure and guarantee equal rules of the game in the next elections.
Not only does it not provide any of these, but everyone knows that sitting at the table with Rama under these conditions only strengthens him even more, while, on the other hand, it 'certifies' and recognizes Berisha as the leader of the opposition in place.
To set out to overthrow the government and end up in the bargain just so that it knows, is a great bargain and mockery of the Democrats, who will be crawling on the streets for many more years to come.

The beauty is that, even though they understand this, they all pretend to have achieved something.
