The result was known in time and space, but the leader of the DP and the Albanian opposition, Sali Berisha, tried throughout the summer to keep his closest militants in suspense, with the alibi that he was not the culprit who had marked the next defeat of this party and its allies, even the most devastating defeat in 35 years for the DP, but it was the government and Edi Rama who had altered the result.
The announcement of the final results for the parliamentary elections of May 11 of this year has now been officially made by the CEC, putting an end once and for all to the 'saga' of fundamental discussions and nominal disputes in their respective institutions.
The result was known in time and space, but the leader of the DP and the Albanian opposition, Sali Berisha, tried throughout the summer to keep his closest militants in suspense, with the alibi that he was not the culprit who had marked the next defeat of this party and its allies, even the most devastating defeat in 35 years for the DP, but it was the government and Edi Rama who had altered the result.
For the sake of truth, such statements, such as Rama's 'kidnapping' of 33 opposition mandates according to Berisha, to leave the DP and the opposition with 50 mandates and to start a truly 'tennis' electoral result of 83 mandates for the majority, are not believed even by the DP militants themselves, not even by the media that have begun not to cover these public appearances of Berisha with a stick in hand in front of the electoral maps, or by Albanian citizens who are outside the vicious circle of indoctrination by Berishism!
To alienate 33 mandates is a lot, since it is said that the DP and the opposition have lost 320 thousand net opposition votes for 4 years from 2021. These are many mandates that even Berisha, when he was in power, as a rare 'master' in stealing and alienating votes, could not do, as he tried in 2013, but it was not 5-6 mandates but many more, and it was about 1 million votes against, which he could not overturn! This 'leakage' of votes of the DP and the opposition in the May 11 elections, were naturally a continuation of the 'leakage' of 250 thousand opposition votes that had occurred in the local elections two years ago! It was a deepening of the lack of trust in Berisha!
Apparently, the Democrats and the opposition have been accustomed to it for 12 years in a row, and have entered the 13th year in opposition, with the excuses of electoral losses from the leadership of the DP and the opposition, and they are not making a sound. Some have come to terms with this history of losses and have decided to mind their own business, some others are looking beyond the political 'fence' to make some 'contribution' to the governance of the country, some others still remain in the DP simply out of force of habit, loyalty to Berisha and nostalgia for those past victories of the DP led by him and some others all the way to the DP dome because they have nowhere to go, since no one is 'taking them over'.
Despite the fact that the DP has appealed the final result of the CEC for the May 11 elections to the Electoral College, the victory of the SP is now certified and internationally recognized, with a full 83 MP mandates. All EU countries have recognized it, along with its presidency, and until two days ago when the US embassy's chargé d'affaires went to Prime Minister Edi Rama's office, on the eve of the constitution of the Assembly and the formation of the new socialist government for the fourth consecutive mandate, as if to 'bless' the victory of the SP with 83 MP mandates. Added to this and the hypothetical ally PSD with three MP mandates, the majority surpasses the majority specified in the Assembly of 84 votes, with a full 86 mandates, without having to offer Berisha any kind of 'bargain' for important laws needed for the integration, or the integration reforms of the country!
Meanwhile, the DP and Berisha, with this complaint about the result, want to gain perhaps a few more days, not because they are in a difficult situation facing the opposition electorate for losing the elections. The reactive political "nerve" within the DP has 'died' with time and food, to the extent that even his harshest hypothetical opponents within the DP now 'forgive' Berisha for his loss, while 'excluding' him from responsibility for the loss of the May 11 elections, starting the 'analysis' from number two of the DP and below. His supporters also exclude Berisha from responsibility! In a word, Enver's principle 'water flows clean at the source, it becomes muddy on the way'!
But then, since Berisha himself is aware that even receiving 50 parliamentary mandates on May 11th was too much for him, why is he trying to postpone the final certification of the results of the May 11th elections of this year as long as possible through his appeal to the College?!
Berisha and the DP have no problem at all with facing the consequences of losing the elections. Berisha has never had this problem, because the DP is his property, and no one is holding him accountable for what he does with his property! Berisha has the DP as a 'mortgage', he 'rents' it out and takes it back whenever and however he wants.
Berisha's problem lies elsewhere! With the final certification of the election results, the period of declaring the financing of the electoral campaign begins! This is where Berisha's problem begins, as he has to justify the millions spent on lobbying in the US, in order to remove the 'non-women' clause' or other elements that would at least ease his relations with the US. We say the personal relations of Berisha and his family, because the DP, before he took over the leadership, had excellent relations with Washington!
Këtu fillon ‘bëlbëzimi’ i Berishës, në lidhje me pagesat miliona dollarëshe pranë administratës së re amerikane të presidentit Trump e mbi të gjitha sa para i janë dhënë drejtuesit të fushatës Chris LaCivita, si shpërblim për rolin e strategjistit të PD për 11 majin, pavarësisht se nga vetë Berisha u paraqit si lobist pranë Trump! Madje i dha dhe ‘primatin’ e fjalimeve në disa raste në emër të PD, një rast i paparë ky për Berishën, i mësuar të flasë vetë si lider i padiskutueshëm si dhe të shfaqet gjithnjë ‘violinë e parë’ në PD. Këtë radhë bëri ndryshe, halli i madh e detyroi!
Disa herë është vënë në vështirësi kur është pyetur për kontratën me LaCivita, duke thënë se do ta zbardhë së shpejti në përputhje me afatet ligjore! Për hir të së vërtetës, pavarësisht premtimit të kreut të PD, kontrata me lobistin apo strategjistin siç të duan ta quajnë, LaCivita, nuk është deklaruar as në Shqipëri dhe as në SHBA, siç duhej të bënte cilado parti politike apo lider politik që ka dëshirë për të respektuar ligjin dhe mbi të gjitha nuk ka asgjë për të fshehur. Praktikisht, referuar fakteve dhe dokumenteve të dërguara në KQZ deri më tani, rezulton se marrëveshja mes PD dhe LaCivitës është e padorëzuar dhe e padeklaruar, madje dhe nga vetë drejtuesi amerikan i fushatës së PD-së. Berisha jo e jo, bën sikur nuk di gjë, sikur nuk kupton asgjë nga ajo anë!
Dhe nuk janë pak para, pasi LaCivita e ka ‘dorën e rëndë’, nuk e ul ‘stekën’ e kërkesave për pagesë për këtë lloj shërbimi nën 20 milionë dollarë! Janë shumë para të hedhura për një person lobues në fushatë, që nuk janë deklaruar në asnjë cep të Shqipërisë apo Amerikës dhe për këtë SPAK dhe organet ligjzbatuese shqiptare duhet të bashkëpunojnë me ato në SHBA, për të hetuar me themel! Nuk dihet, ndoshta për këtë arsye ka shkuar në Uashington kreu i SPAK, Altin Dumani tani, megjithëse pak shpresojmë që ta përmendë Berishën dhe në takimet me zyrtarët amerikanë, madje as në gjumë nuk guxon dot! Por mbi të gjitha ajo që themi është se hetimin e parave të hedhura për lobim e përmban ligji, jo se duam t’i bëjmë dëm Berishës. Pasi dhe pa këto milionat e lobimit në SHBA, kreu i PD ka plot zullume të tjera në kurriz, për të cilat duhet të japë llogari dhe që e rrezikojnë të qëndrojë deri në fund të jetës në qeli! Nëse bëhet drejtësi!
Madje hetimi duhet të ndjekë ‘gjurmën’ e lënë nga njeriu i akuzuar si i afërt me Kremlinin, Manafort, sepse PD dhe e Berisha e kanë kontraktuar që dy vite më parë Manafort për të lobuar pranë administratës së re amerikane, në mënyrë që kreut të PD t’i hiqet ‘non grata’ e vënë nga DASH familjarisht për të! Organet e hetimit mund të kishin nisur dhe me kryesisht hetimin, nëse kanë vullnet, apo e thënë më thjeshtë, nëse kanë guxim për të hetuar Berishën! Janë shumë para të hedhura për një rrogtar si Berisha, aq më tepër përmes kanaleve të padeklaruara!
Because the contract with LaCivita is just one of the segments of Berisha's lobbying for himself in the USA! We say it's a lot of money, because so far only 6 million dollars have been declared by 'Continental Strategy' and 'Continental PLLC', with the argument that they were used to convince American institutions to remove Berisha's "non-women" initiated and buttoned up by the first Trump administration and signed by the Biden administration. 'Continental Strategy' and 'Continental PLLC' have declared the amount of 6 million dollars, which Berisha himself has also accepted. But with the only difference that Berisha says that this money will be paid by a tired electrician from Tropoja in the USA, who according to him has created a patriotic foundation. Although this 'patriot' has not declared any member of this foundation and has not submitted any invoice for the payments made to this foundation, which Berisha describes as patriotic!
All of Berisha's efforts through the money thrown into the US, and it's not a little but almost 20 million euros, have been in the function of removing the 'non grata' or at least securing a visa, even if with limited time and place, to create the idea that Berisha's sanctions in the US have been lifted! Something that did not happen and unfortunately for Berisha, it is not even expected that he will 'trespass' on American soil, even in the territory designated for the UN or another organization!
Now the justification for this money thrown away without a receipt and without any argument is left behind! Berisha declares that he did not pay a single lek, he paid the PD, he says. According to the version of Švejku, whose proverbial postulate was "what do I need, what do I do?" And Berisha, as in the case of Gërdec or other cases where he was directly involved in painful events that 'cost' him prison or that do not interest him, acts as if he knows nothing, does not know anyone, not even the baxhanaku!
Meanwhile, in the DP, while they know Berisha does not take responsibility for anything where there is serious criminal responsibility, he does not know anything in a word, the alarm has exploded about who will be held responsible for Berisha's lobbying in the US. It's a lot of money! In the DP, they wake up and go to bed with fear in their hearts, as to who Berisha will blame for these millions in lobbying. Because they need a 'scapegoat'! "Head or tail"!
