'His' failures as leader of the Socialist Party for 21 years and the costly failures for about 14 years as a greedy Prime Minister in governing the country...
"I change parties to protect my principles, I do not change principles to protect the party." Winston Churchill. In this essentially patriotic appeal, I have simply adhered to this illuminating principle that should be the compass of every public servant.
At the same time, I have become aware of the increased risks threatening democracy from two appeals by personalities who have inspired me to address this public appeal to the Socialist Party forums:
(i) Einstein's statement that: " The world is not a dangerous place because of those who do evil, but because of those who stand by and watch without doing anything ." This message is a blow to our collective silence.
If the SP has transformed into an autocratic model, this has not happened only because of Rama's greedy will, but especially because of the compromising silence of the "good people" within it, who did not react/react against those who do evil;
(ii) The Death of Democracy Without Tanks: " In countries where citizens are convinced that their vote no longer counts, autocracies come not with tanks, but through apathy and surrender. " Prof. Snyder warns that the greatest danger is not physical violence, but the cultivated belief that change is impossible.
When the citizen and the ordinary party member surrender, the new corrupt "aristocracy" no longer needs force, having killed hope. In his bestselling book, "On Tyranny: Twenty Lessons from the Twentieth Century," Professor Snyder argues that modern tyranny (neo-authoritarianism) no longer comes with military marches or violent coups, but through the "preemptive surrender" of citizens and the gradual erosion of institutions, as people give up faith in the vote and the truth.
The following analysis is divided into two parts: (i) ATIJ's failures as the leader of the Socialist Party for 21 years and (ii) the costly failures for about 14 years as a greedy Prime Minister in governing the country.
-The profile as Chairman of the Socialist Party and the destruction of party democracy includes:
(i) The genesis of corruption and property theft: From the very beginning, he outlined his profile through corruption in departmental investments, non-compensation of owners, and misuse of public property for clientelistic interests;
(ii) The "L'État, c'est moi" mentality (The State is me): Governance with a "spatula in hand" from the City Hall was evidence of an anti-state mentality, where personal will wildly superimposed on institutions;
(iii) Lack of state-forming cells: AI has confirmed in every post that it does not possess any state-forming cells. It is guided by Machiavellianism: "Better to be feared than loved", violating laws for the sake of power;
(iv) Killing internal democracy: AI consciously eliminated competition and competitive processes within the SP. It expelled thousands of honest socialists as "old jackets", and replaced them with "oiled jackets" tainted by greed;
(v) Inventing "Rilindja" as an autocratic model: As an imposed leader, he alienated the symbols of the SP by creating "Rilindja", a structure that promotes only the strong and the blind loyal, turning the democratizing mission into an autocratic sect;
(vi) The fight against unions: He is the only leader of the left who fought the controlling role of unions, calling on Italian businesses: "Come on, invest in Albania because there are no unions there," so come on, oppress Albanian and foreign workers like slaves;
(vii) Criminalization of representation: He is the first leader to replace people of integrity with individuals with criminal CVs. The decriminalization, investigations and arrests of "pear-eating" mayors and ministers are evidence of this fatal substitution; and
(viii) The 2008 Constitutional Bargain: The change of the Constitution in our political history will remain a black mark, a most immoral "bargain" only for personal survival. Through it, He in permanent collaboration with Him turned the parties into private properties of the presidents. I have a clear conscience that I did not vote in favor of the "murderous changes of democracy", even though I knew that I would pay a personal price.
Every leader will leave behind his legacy. HIS legacy as leader of Rilindja will be shameful, but not only for him. HE will leave behind: a party without a democratic soul and a party-state that is the main obstacle to European integration.
This is because He;
(a) transformed the party into a LLC;
(b) killed internal democracy, killed different or alternative thinking;
(c) destroyed meritocracy by replacing socialists and every Albanian with integrity with his blind and greedy dummies; severely damaged the profile and contribution of the Socialist Party, a party with internal democracy and modernisation, from a party with a servile focus on social cohesion and solidarity to a party-state in the service of the oligarchs.
-14 Years as Prime Minister – A record of failure and financial holes

Bllokimi i fondeve: Ai është i vetmi Kryeministër në Ballkan që i janë bllokuar nga BE për disa vite 100% e fondeve IPARD. Shkaku: korrupsioni dhe babëzia.
Korrupsioni infrastrukturor: Miliarda euro të vjedhura tek AKSHI dhe shumë rrugë, të shkatërruara njëkohësisht në të gjithë territorin e vendit që po shkatërrohen nga "ujërat e zeza" të korrupsionit. Ai ka reduktuar më shumë se kushdo kryeministër tjetër kontrollin qytetar dhe parlamentar të “fondeve të zeza” duke rritur tenderët sekretë dhe aktet normative, prova të qeverisjes së babëzitur dhe të kriminalizuar.
Pandëshkueshmëria e "Kryebariut": Ndërsa një bari dënohet se djeg një kullotë me disa vite burg dhe miliona lekë, "AI/Kryebariu" ynë që djeg miliarda taksa nga babëzia, nuk mban asnjë përgjegjësi. Ai instaloi modelin e hakmarrjes primitive ndaj çdo kritikuesi publik dhe me PPP-të krijoi oligarkët strategjikë.
Megalomania në politikën e jashtme: Kosova: Ai tentoi "sistemin e kujdestarisë" duke atakuar liderët legjitimë të saj. Projekti: “Shengeni Ballkanik” dhe "Ballkani i Hapur", i shtyrë nga ëndrra shekspiriane për një "Nobel" personal, tentoi që me shkëmbimin e territoreve të hapte "Kutinë e Pandorës" që Evropa e kundërshtonte në mënyrë të panegociueshme. Pasojat e kësaj megalomanie kulmuan me arrestimin e Thaçit, te dera e avionit ku do të shkonte të nënshkruante shkëmbimin e territoreve.
Diplomacia e batutave: Ai shpesh zëvendëson etikën shtetërore me sjellje pa etikë ndaj liderëve dhe institucioneve ndërkombëtare. Me mendjelehtësi ai synonte ta kthente “Bordin e Paqes” në "Bordin e Turpit", duke tentuar të turpëronte çdo kryetar shteti në atë tavolinë që financonte Gjykatën e Hagës. Sipas logjikës së ATIJ, më të turpëruarit duhet të ishin liderët e Kosovës, që e themeluan këtë gjykatë. Po Thaçi, Jakupin, Selimi dhe... vunë të ardhmen e Kosovës mbi kostot dhe ambiciet personale.

Explanatory note on the language of the public appeal:

The ingenious use of pronouns instead of nouns was not simply a stylistic choice, but a defensive tool to attack the phenomena of dictatorship without mentioning the names of the dictators.
It was such a shocking work for the regime that they not only banned the publication of the second part, but also forcibly ordered the first part to be torn from the magazine.
This act of 'tearing' the truth remains for me the purest symbol of the struggle between the integrity of the individual and the greed of power.

PD po e po qe duhet te dale jashte ligjit, por dhe PS drejt humneres eshte. Nuk ka mbetur punonjes ne administraten socialiste (gjoja) pa vjedhur. Qellimi i cdo emerimi eshte vjedhja, keshtu te pakten ka ndodh e po ndodh. Qeveria ka mbetur pa ushtare, shumica mos me thene te gjithe akuzohen nga SPAK. Kjo eshte e turpshme. Nuk po kuptojme cfare presim? Shendetin na e demtuan me ilace te skaduara, hoqen rimbulsimin e ilaceve, pensionet qesharake po tallen me bonito. Ne te gjithe boten vepron drejtesia, tek ne drejtesia dridhet nga politika. Politika e roping popullin, drejtesia ben sehir, I ndryshon ligjet sipas qejfit. Hajde qejf hajde.
