Yesterday, the Assembly of the Socialist Party was received without many words. When they say 'Assembly', all parties capitalize the word, which is why it is foreign. But it is very simple: Regularly gathering a group of people for certain purposes. Especially political purposes.
The Socialist Party has been shouldering the responsibility of governing the country for 12 years. New elections are expected to be held within 12 months, for which the absolute majority of citizens is ready to have the same government. This is, perhaps, also the reason why this Sunday, September 8, the SP Assembly was received calmly. The Assembly Hall looked like a giant office where the ruling group had brought the machinery; both working cars, recovery cars and those left on the road.
The political leaders of the constituencies were appointed; the new leadership of the SP was elected; the new political standard of open lists was set, starting with the president himself; another figure was designed for the well-being of a group of 600,000 citizens who entered the last 'office' and are called 'pensioners'; a simplified tax system was declared; was told that 'we will see you soon' for the next departure with the aggregates.
That was it. The 'attack' and 'combat' section was missing. If I haven't missed it, I say that during the entire Assembly the common word 'war' was not used. "From the war we come/ to the war we go", writes Kadare, as if it were inseparable. Even in dirty wars, in those that are either against ourselves, or to hide crimes, or to commit crimes..., this is where we come and go.
We have experienced political trauma from war, not just from the word 'war'. Now lately, the war has remained mostly in the word. The perpetrators of the war have lost their gunpowder. Before those of the war melted you.
But the 'war' sector in its nursery, PD (which has held power and violence for 13 years), remains the main sector, perhaps the breathing sector. The Assembly was held there two days ago. "We need an attack, an attack, only an attack!" cried their leader, who committed unimaginable bloodshed and desecration. He has always committed them with the hand of the state, but for his own skin. From the balcony where a criminal family lives, in recent nights he has increased the dose of 'war'. Below the balcony, where the sewage is discharged from the eighth floor to the first, the soldiers of the war come and pray right there.
One of them, the president's admirer, issued the slogan 'Let's kill Edi Rama and Erion Velina!' Then he said that this work cannot be done without killing.

It all comes with the prefix 'de'. 'De' is like war, or real war. Destabilization, demoralization, demolusion, destroying, delouse, depersonalization, decomposition, denature...
Everywhere 'de'. 'De' is the aggregate of the struggle to undo what has been done.
This is the history of PD. And the very simple story why these people are left alone, without people, without voters, without attention, without trust.. Whoever does not want war is not with them.
So how come we are here? Why are we a normal country, or more than normal? Europe loves us, the Western world values us, their people adore us, praise our culture and trust us as European citizens?
It hasn't always been like this. When they had power and made holes with tanks, with bombs, with explosions; when they fought and killed people, then this place was dangerous, no one trespassed 'for fun'.
Now the Socialist Party is used to being a curator of war. It really happened as if by magic, PD has held power to the point that the people have taken up arms against those of war. Then SP entered the field and healed the wounds. In 1997 to 2005, the Socialist government healed all the wounds, softened the blood, allowed people to put flowers on the graves of their loved ones, guaranteed Berisha to visit the Flag Square where he fainted, but that's all.
Then it was seen that in the people there were still people who did not cry their heads off for war. They voted for the fire group. PD killed again, from her yard to Gërdec and to the demands that SPAK will reveal to us. The DP government sold all the national wealth, even the hydropower plants and airplanes left by communism.
Now there are as few people left who die for the war as the shelter under the balcony holds. Now, for the reason of peace and construction, the Socialist Party is in government.

The answer:
As long as there are citizens who do not want war against themselves and against others, they will have a 'nurse' who heals wounds.
