Dorian Puka, twice previously deported from the United Kingdom for theft, is facing a third deportation procedure as British authorities await the completion of legal proceedings.
Albanian Dorian Puka, who is fighting deportation from the United Kingdom, has attracted attention after posting a video on Instagram showing him giving his dogs pound notes.
According to British media reports, Dorian Puka, 29, has been deported from Britain twice before after convictions for theft, but has returned to the country illegally. Over the past 18 months, he has been posting videos on social media showing off his lavish lifestyle.
In one of the videos, Puka is seen sitting on an armchair offering £20 notes to his pit bull, named Cobra, while he places a wad of £50 notes in front of the other dog, a pug named Mouse.
In other posts he displays six Rolex watches with a declared value of around £160,000, as well as luxury vehicles, including a Ferrari and a 2022 Lamborghini URUS V8, worth around £180,000.
Puka is facing a third deportation proceeding after the British government won a hearing at the Immigration Court of First Instance, which ordered his removal from the UK after his asylum application was rejected. He has appealed this decision.
Due to his criminal record and prison sentences, he meets the criteria for automatic deportation from the United Kingdom. However, for more than three years he has remained in Britain, as the Home Office has been unable to remove him while legal proceedings and his asylum claim are still being considered.

A spokesman for the British Home Office stated that British authorities are doing everything possible to secure his removal.
"This individual is a foreign national convicted of criminal offenses and we are doing everything possible to ensure his removal as soon as possible. Due to ongoing legal processes, we cannot provide further comment."
"Nearly 10,000 convicted foreign nationals have returned to their countries during the mandate of this government. We will continue to do everything to remove these criminals from our streets," he said.
The British Home Secretary, Shabana Mahmood, is proposing legal changes aimed at making it harder for convicted foreign nationals and illegal immigrants to use human rights legislation to avoid deportation. She also aims to simplify the appeals system and create faster procedures for removing offenders.
On the other hand, the "shadow" Home Secretary, Chris Philp, stated: "This Albanian criminal, known to the authorities, has openly displayed his wealth in Britain, showing off sports cars and now this unusual video where he gives banknotes to dogs.
We must not allow foreign criminals like him to remain in the country. He must be deported immediately and Shabana Mahmood must urgently secure his removal so that the British public no longer has to deal with his criminal activity.
"Such criminals often use the European Convention on Human Rights, asylum claims and modern slavery claims to remain in the UK. For this reason, we must leave the ECHR and stop using these mechanisms to avoid deportation."
According to reports, Puka was initially sentenced to nine months in prison in 2016 for attempted burglary of an apartment. The owner had spotted him on security cameras while he was on vacation in France. He was deported a year later.
Within a year, he managed to evade border controls and returned to Britain, where he committed a series of burglaries in London.
He was arrested by plainclothes police during patrols in the Surbiton area of southwest London after a spike in thefts in the area. At the time of his arrest, he was carrying an expensive watch that turned out to be stolen. He was later sentenced to three and a half years in prison and deported in March 2020.
While serving his sentence, he used a cell phone illegally brought into prison to post photos of himself on Instagram./ Adapted from " The Telegraph"
