In itself, this proposal expresses the increased frustration within the ranks of Reestablishment after the May 14 elections, in which the clear prognosis that Berisha would lose deeply, as he did, was confirmed. Not only because of the sanction, but also because his winning political cycle is closed. Lacking the political courage to ask him to resign, or restrained by personal relations with him, or for other reasons, but aware of what awaits the Reestablishment and the opposition as a whole if deep changes are not made, some realistic MPs around Berisha wanted and wants to convey to him the message of a gentle retreat or retreat: Keep the party, leave the prime minister!
The idea or proposal has suited the neutral MPs, who have been waiting for a long time, and looking for a development that would allow them to join the majority of the DP without the dilemmas or various obstacles of unconditional passage. of the dividing line, which is the American sanction of Mr. Berisha. In their judgment, the public denunciation of the latter from competing for the post of prime minister would probably remove or fade the dividing line.
Dreaming is good. Seeing dreams with open eyes not so much. He presents a program, he promises, he takes responsibility, he signs the agreement with the voters through the vote.
It is another thing when the fragmentation of the political spectrum or the games and intrigues make it impossible for him to sit in the chair of the head of the government. But even when the opposition or the winning party constitutes a pluralistic ensemble of subjects, the leader of the largest party always has the right to be prime minister. All this is a matter of elementary responsibility, which applies in every democratic country in Europe. Very, very rarely does it happen that a personage of authentic circumstances, such as the case of Pepe Grilo in Italy, the founder of the Five Star movement, starts a political movement and remains in the role of an ayatollah, without even being elected a deputy. Even this for a while, as today the Five Star movement is led by the full title of former Prime Minister Konte.
Berisha, for sure, would have laughed at the hybrid proposal in question. He did not speak, letting his attitude be implied. Victory through another has not worked for them on good days and no more on bad days like now. Better straight up: either vote for me to govern you, or put up with me, you'll have me here as long as it's written. But in the last few days Berisha also said his word. He said: "If Albanians massively vote for Sali Berisha as prime minister, every democrat will be subject to the vote. No one can oppose the mass vote for me, let's take it." So after being declared the winner of the national elections at the head of the Re-establishment or what will be the name of his formation in 2025, Sali Berisha promises that he will go to be voted by the DP membership as well, should he be prime minister or not! Convinced that no one can oppose the massive vote of the broad electorate. Of course! Why should he oppose it if it was true! And why should these small elections be held after the big elections? One of the ways to highlight the absurdity of an idea is to take it to the extreme, to sarcasm.
I gjithë ky skeç në pikun e vapës së qershorit kishte për qëllim të “kapte” një pikë “të përbashkët” të Berishës me Gazmend Bardhin i cili kishte deklaruar, për kush e di të satën here, se nuk bashkohem më Berishën nëse ai do të jetë kandidat për kryeministër në zgjedhjet e vitit 2025. Bardhi, siç dihet është në mosmarrëveshje kohët e fundit me grupin e PD-së zyrtare për shkak të kundërshtive për mënyrën e organizimit të zgjedhjeve në parti. Gjithnjë i vëmendshëm ndaj zhvillimeve në PD-në e vulës, siç e quan, Berisha i pret si ujët e pakët grindjet atje. Me këtë rast mendoi të prodhonte një lajm që shkonte në hullinë e diversionit dhe “hapjes” ndaj kujtdo që jep shenja se nuk shkon mirë apo mund të largohet nga grupi tjetër. Është një nga kartat e tij të njohura për të mbajtur radhët e veta. Ata po vijnë, ju nuk keni pse ikni! I ka funksionuar deri në 14 maj. Por nuk do ti funksionojë më.
Në funksion të mbajtjes së radhëve edhe diskursi komik i fitores, a thua se gjithçka është në vijë, fitorja është e sigurt, ka vetëm një problem: ta mbajë vetë Berisha apo t’ja delegojë një tjetri postin e kryeministrit! Por edhe për ketë do të shprehen demokratët! Pas zgjedhjeve! Pasi te jetë shprehur elektorati mbarë! O tempora, o mores.
Deputetët që propozojnë ndarjen e postit të kryetarit të partisë nga ai i kryeministrit i ka zënë halli. E dinë se me Berishën nuk fitohet. Por nuk ia thonë dot troç të largohet. I bien pragut të dëgjojë dera. Është një situatë e bllokuar, në zgjatjen e së cilës, ndodh ajo që interesi personal i secilit deputet a politikan opozitar fillon e eklipson interesin e madh. Përtej fabulave a manovrimeve të vogla, një gjë është e duhet të jetë e qartë për arkipelagun opozitar në këtë periudhë: Rithemelimi nuk fiton, pa Rithemelimin nuk fitohet. Këtu ka ngecur makineria e opozitës në tërësi. Jo fshehja pas gishtit, por tërheqja e Berishës do të krijonte premisat për bashkim në një subjekt unik me zgjedhje të lira, të barabarta e demokratike. Asgjë tjetër. Në të kundërtën, zgjidhja që mbetet është të pushojë lufta brenda llojit dhe secili subjekt opozitar të punojë fort për tu rritur në vetvete. Populli opozitar është shumicë në Shqipëri, por vota e tij nuk është e gjitha në kuti.
