How can you turn on the orchestra for the anti-corruption war, when a mega-theft over 100 million euros, investigated and reported by the EU, has zero actions from the Special Prosecutor's Office?!
OLAF in Brussels, Pilafi in Tirana and the DASH anti-corruption coordinator nearby, have arrived simultaneously as a request and evidence of action and inaction.
The Coordinator for Global Anti-Corruption at the US Department of State, Richard Nephew is in Albania, together with the findings of the report of the EU Office for Economic Fraud OLAF, in the programs of hundreds of millions of euros, as support for farmers.
The European Office Against Economic Fraud, OLAF, had announced strong signs of corruption in March 2021, when it started its investigations, for corruption and fraud with farmers' grants under IPARD II, where the distributor was AZHBR, under the influence of the Ministry of Agriculture.
In the annual report, European investigators concluded that there were forgeries, serious irregularities, bribery, manipulation, lack of competition, inflated invoices, to qualify applicants' projects with consulting inventions and other extortion tricks.
The farmers' denunciations were taken into consideration by the European Office, but not by the Albanian Economic Crime Investigation Office, the one named in these cases, the Special Prosecutor, which since March 2021, has not put any pot of water on fire for this work.
To return 33 million euros and to stop another 112 million from the next phase is the recommendation, which is accompanied by a criminal report, where the anesthesia in the prosecutor's office seems to have failed to investigate and prosecute the abusers.
The Coordinator for Global Anti-Corruption at the US Department of State, Richard Nephew, who visited Tirana, says that at the center of the talks with the Albanian authorities was the importance of eliminating impunity and the fight against corruption, as well as maintaining the progress made in strengthening judiciary and its independence.

Nephew's visit to SPAK has several elements beyond support, which show the impotence and dependence of this institution, complicating it rather than strengthening it.
As with the next American ambassadors, or other officials coming from the USA, we have seen photos of the leader, Mr. Dumani and other prosecutors with visitors, next to numerous files on the ground, you say that these images are the great success required, promised concluded.
It is not healthy at all. Despite the investment, the support of the partnership, there is no place in the world, where officials enter and do tourism in the prosecutor's office, showing with selfies the many bundles on the ground, like a hay warehouse.

Kur Bashkia e Tiranës ka gjysmën e drejtorëve në qeli dhe kryetarin në hetim për qindra milionë euro, por drejtuesi Erion Veliaj, vëllai i tij, bashkëshortja e tij, familjarë të tij, si dhe pjesa tjetër bashkiake, enden nëpër zyra, si kolegë prokurorësh duke zhdukur fakte të rëndësishme hetimore?!
Si mund të drejtojë Komisionin Parlamentar antikorrupsion Fatmir Xhafa, ish-ministri, vëllai i Agron-Geron Xhafës, i dënuar për trafik ndërkombëtar heroine në Itali me mbi 7 vjet heqje lirie, si dhe me dhëndrin Dition Baboçi, ish-drejtor urbanistike, përgjegjës i leje dhënieve të ndërtimit në Bashkinë e Tiranës, parcelë nga buron kryesisht pastrimi i miliarda eurove të drogës në ndërtim, sipas raporteve amerikane dhe europiane?
Si mundet të jetë mbështetës për një komision të tillë Edi Rama, vëllai i Olsi Ramës, zyrtarisht në hetim për përfshirje nga vitit 2014, në laboratorin e trafikut ndërkombëtar të kokainës në Xibrakë?
Si mundet të sajojmë flluskë mediatike për antikorrupsionin, kur kemi nga CIA, DEA e DIA, të dhëna tronditëse, se mafia shqiptare me ortakëri zyrtare konkurron Ndranghetën, duke marrë vendin e dytë në botën e krimit në Europë?
Si mund të zbukurojmë gjendjen me antikorrupsionin, kur kemi gjeneralë shërbimesh secrete, pjesë e Mafies, këshilltarë të Edi Ramës, gjeneralë amerikanë si Charles McGonigal, rumunë Florian Coldea, italianë Fabrizio Lisi e të tjerë të lidhur me Sinaloan, Ndranghetan, Sacra Coronan, Camorran, rusë e kinezë të zhytur në kokainë e krim?
Po kujtojmë pak episode madhore korrupsioni, kur shohim biznese parajse e ndërtime strategjike në bregdet, mospagues i asnjë takse, për ish-Kryeministrin italian Masimo Dalema, përfitimet elektorale dhe jo vetëm, për kryeministren aktuale Giorgia Meloni, me histori të dyshimta refugjatësh por ku lëvrijnë miliarda euro?
Me vetëofrimin për marrëveshje të ngjashme britanikëve e gjermanëve, duke kthyer Shqipërinë në një vatër joshqiptarësh.
Me marrëveshje dhjetëra milionë euro kontrata për Chair e Tony Blair, me qoka financash publike për Romana Vlahutin dhe Ligui Sorecan, dy ish-drejtuesit e delegacionit të BE në Tiranë?
…pa lënë mënjanë dinastinë “Soros”, qiramarrësin e Shqipërisë prej 10 vitesh, “investitorin” e drejtësisë së re, me prokurorë e gjyqtarë të Sigurimit të Shtetit.
