I invite those honorable members of the opposition who come from agricultural areas to open their mouths so that you don't get caught by M.... I kept it closed for 3 years in a row and only opened it to eat M.... iza threw stench at each other for a stamp and a chair.
No one speaks in Parliament about the ridiculous price that farmers are "selling" wheat.
In Lushnje and almost in the whole of Myzeq, wheat has started and is being harvested, and no one asks about the price to take it from the farmers.
The wholesalers either don't want Bablok to bring you wheat from Serbia through the realtors near him, or they want to leave you without buying it in order to reduce the price even more.
With 250 old lek a kilogram of wheat or 25 thousand old lek a quintal of wheat is not only a mockery of farmers, but also bankruptcy for every farmer who has planted wheat and has served for 9 months from October that he planted it.
A hectare of wheat today gives a maximum of 70-80 quintals or very rarely 90-100 quintals.
80 kilos of wheat at 250 lek a kilo make a total of 2 million old lek.
One hectare of wheat or 10 dynym needs about 3 kuintals of seed to plant, which costs from 1000 lek a kilo or 100 thousand lek kintali.
So only for seeds, about 300 thousand ALL are needed.
To plough, mill, plant and harvest, 10,000 + 10,000 + 10,000 + 12,000 harvests are needed = 42,000 old dynymi lek or 420,000 hectares.
About 10 thousand lek dynymi or 100 thousand lek per hectare need fertilizer before planting.
Then it requires a minimum of 3 hands of fertilizer with URE from 15 kg of dynymi or 1.5 kuyntal per hectare = 4.5 kuyntal at a price of about 8 thousand lek which is about 40 thousand.
Plus the work arm drainage, fertilization service from planting to harvest.
So thick and thick one hectare of wheat from planting to bagging requires about 100 thousand lek dynymi or 1 million lek for 1 hectare, or at this ridiculous price it means that with 40 kuyntal of wheat per hectare it covers the expenses.
If you are lucky and have time and get 80 kuyntals per hectare, you can "earn" 1 million old lek in total for 8 months or 120 thousand lek per month from 1 hectare of planted land.
A family of 4 people cannot even eat bread with 120 thousand old lek per month because the price of bread is 1000-1200 lek a loaf even though the price of wheat is 250 lek a kilo.
So it takes 4 kilos of wheat to make a loaf of bread.
I am not saying that agriculture makes you rich, but if the state does not subsidize agriculture, then the interest in planting the land is almost zero.
Albania has about 400,000 hectares of arable land, of which the district of Lushnje alone has 50,000 hectares (30,000 Lushnje Municipality and 20,000 Divjaka Municipality).
We can never have agriculture without subsidy.
EU countries subsidize it with about 3-4 percent of their GDP.
Balkan countries such as Serbia, Macedonia, Croatia and Montenegro with about 2.5 percent.
Kosovo subsidizes it with 2 percent.
While we don't even have 0.3-0.5 percent.
In order to give the minimum of 500 euros per hectare, 200 million euros must be planned from the subsidy budget for agriculture or 1 percent of the 20 billion euros that is Albania's GDP (gross domestic product) or 3 percent of the state budget. which is about 6 billion euros per year.
Or to put it simply, we should give all Albanian farmers who work 400 thousand hectares of land less than half of the euros that are stolen from the Tirana incinerator, 3 times more than we pay the 3 ships from Bangladesh to Vlora for energy that have never been lit, 10 times more than 1 km of road on the Ring of Tirana that was tendered for 20 million euros 1 km, 8 times more than the expenses of Rama's personal plane which cost 23-25 million euros, or 2 - 3 times less than what was given to the GJOKA company for the Arbër road every year and it is not finished yet.
I invite those honorable members of the opposition who come from agricultural areas to open their mouths so that you don't get caught by M.... I kept it closed for 3 years in a row and only opened it to eat M.... iza threw stench at each other for a stamp and a chair.
That the deputies of the government castrate their fathers and do not eat or drink.
