How is it explained that a judge who has not been publicly accused of breaking the law and is unknown to the general public, has aroused so many macabre reactions on the keyboard?
A phrase attributed to Benjamin Franklin, one of the founding fathers of the United States, says: "Justice will be achieved when those who are not affected by it are as indignant as those who are."
The expression is actually a call for social reaction or intellectual rebellion against injustices that may not affect you directly, but likely affect your friend, neighbor, acquaintance or someone you don't know at all. It translates to the fact that in fact, apathy or indifference, slowly and unknowingly, can become a source of injustices in the future and that only empathy or collective indignation can bring about positive change. The expression takes on special meaning in today's Albania, when the reaction to injustices – whether legal or social – is increasingly anemic and pale.
Silent solidarity for injustice towards others, in our country, is in direct proportion to the indignation, the rebellion when this injustice knocks on the door of each of us. Therefore, many on social networks had the shamelessness to identify with the judge's killers, bringing as an alibi individual problems with various judicial cases, mainly for land and property.
How did we get here?
How is it explained that a judge who has not been publicly accused of breaking the law and is unknown to the general public, has aroused so many macabre reactions on the keyboard?
In fact, all those who sided with the murderer do not have anger and resentment towards Judge Astrit Kalaja, whose name they heard for the first time. They simply portrayed in Astrit Kalaja their personal troubles, legal injustices, social inequalities, marginalization and more, that they have carried on their backs in 35 years of pluralism. They are the same people who do not react when they see others robbed of their votes, their property destroyed, their jobs and future stolen. They are the same people who make a pact with the devil and accept the daily "shortcuts" that social contracts offer between deceit, bribery, favoritism, nepotism, interest or simply submission. Because it does not take much to be a worm, it is enough not to complain when they step on you.
"Justice will be achieved when those who are not affected by it are just as outraged as those who are affected" - it is therefore an invitation to speak, to stand, to complain. It is an invitation not to see reality through the eyes of personal interest and the glasses of party, provincial or family fandom, but by thinking about the public good. If you close your eyes, remain silent, and swallow the injustice done to others, when the injustice affects you, it will be expressed in the form of barbaric frustration with murderous congratulations on social networks. Because there will be no one left to be outraged for you, for the justice that is lacking towards you. Justice will be achieved when those who are not affected by it are just as outraged as those who are affected.

Thërrimet ju ndahen patronazhistëve dhe pastaj presim me demek zgjedhje për Parlamentin, për Kryetarin e Bashkisë.Ndaj reagimi brutal i komentuesve në rrjetet sociale për vrasjen e Gjyqtarit, janë një klithmë ndaj pabesisë së kastës politike 34 vjeçare, përtej hallit të tyre personal. Ndaj vrasësi përtej hallit të tij, është i motivuar politikisht. Në Gjykatën e Apelit Tiranë, administrata civile, është pak të themi që ka qenë inegsistente. Kumbullat, thotë populli: "i hanë të vegjlit dhe dhëmballët ju mpien të mëdhenjëve". Administrata civile në të gjitha gjykatat dhe prokuroritë duhet ti nënshtrohen një hetimi administrativ, nga Ministrija e Drejtësisë. Ndërsa plaçkitja 34 vjeçare e pasurisë Kombëtare nuk mund të zgjidhet, pa një hetim gjithëpërfshirës nga BKH,SPAK, dhe pa ndihmën e SHBA. Mbreti Zog me të drejt sipas meje u sanksionua nga Kongresi i Përmetit dhe nga Referendumi i vitit 1998. Po pse këta të sotmit i kanë bërë më pak dëm Shqipërisë?
