I decided to use this statement as a title to support Sali Berisha, who says that the defendants of corrupt affairs are in the Parliament hall. The finger of his accusation is directed at Edi Rama, ministers, former ministers or deputies of the majority for whom he says that SPAK is not acting. This is also true, the SPAK is not acting and is too weak for the legal mission for which it was created, exists and was heavily financed: to investigate government officials and former government officials, especially at a high level, those who in popular terms are called "big fish". But there is something wrong with Berisha's political lecture on corruption charges against Edi Rama.
And here a series of rhetorical questions arise.
Is Sali Berisha, the person who should be the political prosecutor, when he himself is in the same public pretence, as a supporter and tolerator of corruption during his government?! The declaration non grata includes the implication of the doctor in creating conditions and opportunities for corruption towards his associates and family members.

Yes, Berisha could speak today with the strength of conscience after accepting what he has caused with his power. But he accepts it because if he accepts it, he becomes the same as those he rightly accuses. That he can have this courage. It takes courage and a strong character to accept the reality, so that when you think about comfort, luxury and thoughtless and moreover undeserved enrichment, you can win. Carefully, the doctor managed to create the perception that he was far from corruption, but the reality speaks differently even though there is still no proof. All those whom Berisha accuses, including himself, speak and defend themselves in the name of evidence. Do you have proof?! This is the most logical question in the case of corruption in Albanian politics. That the evidence is there eye to eye, but cannot be found because it has been camouflaged to avoid being punished and confiscated.
Yes, the defendants are in Parliament, but they are not only from one side. They are on both sides of the parliament, as they are also in Lalëzi Bay, in complex residential touristic villages, mountain and plain. This is not relativization, but reality. The defendants are in Parliament and not only. They are behind the building and privatization permits, behind the arbitrary acts that have caused Albania a damage in international arbitration of more than 1 billion dollars a year without counting the damage of the injustices caused to people in 3 decades by missing or distorted justice. So you are right, Sali Berisha, the defendants are in Parliament, but you are also with them.
The thing is when justice will be done, that from here the story is divided whether those famous evidence of corruption will be found, or you will all benefit from innocence. Doctor, the wooden suitcases and steam-striped Terital trousers with which you started politics are not easily forgotten. Oh yes, you also had a bag for some A4 papers and a handkerchief. Only if you were prestigious would you be able to create and extract amazing wealth from them as if by magic.
If we are to believe that from wooden suitcases and empty bags come villas and millions of euros, then you are all ready for the guaranteed success in "got talent" for you. The jury must appreciate these skills and this jury is called SPAK! Only Dumani and his friends know when this show will really start.
