A total of 64,022 votes went to 8 candidates that cannot have any significant electoral synergy with the Berisha-Meta coalition.
In the territory of the Municipality of Tirana, a full 51.1% of the participants in the parliamentary elections of May 11 did not vote for the SP. But this does not mean that 51.1% of those who will participate in the early elections of November 9 in the Municipality of Tirana will vote without question for an opposition candidate, who must necessarily be blessed by the Berisha-Meta duo (whoever he or she is).

To sum up, it is true that a full 174,418 Tirana residents cast valid votes for the opposition rainbow consisting of 9 symbols, but only 110,396 votes were for the Berisha-Meta coalition. A full 64,022 other votes went to 8 symbols that cannot have any significant electoral synergy with the Berisha-Meta coalition.
In short, the opposition problem in Tirana Municipality may not be solved by a simple arithmetic addition...
