This is exactly where we are today regarding the direction of the Albanian state in Albania.
I say this because today politicians and state leaders were saying that Veliaj can no longer be mayor of Tirana, because he has been arrested for corruption.
But they can't understand, you miserable fools, that Veliaj has not yet been convicted by a court decision - therefore, based on the Constitution of Albania, Veliaj is presumed innocent until he has been convicted by a court decision, which must have become final?
Who are you going to tell?
What if Veliaj is acquitted in court, what happens to this state and this society if he is dismissed as mayor?
And this is precisely the reason why the Constitutional Court closed this case according to the constitution, and left the ignorant who do not have politics as a profession, because they do not have a professional legal culture to recognize the law, and they do not know any legal doctrine about the state, with their finger in their mouth.
Because they haven't finished jurisprudence.
That is why the Albanian state is in a state of legal decadence, because in 30 years of democracy it has not been led by lawyers and law professors, but by ordinary people with a profession outside the doctrine of jurisprudence.
Does Albanian politics still not understand that the state is a legal discipline, and it must professionally preserve intact justice in the development of Albania as an independent state?
No, current politics in Albania still doesn't understand this.

How can a prime minister who has not graduated in jurisprudence and has not conducted dozens and dozens of court cases as a lawyer lead the country in Europe today?

Vetem se me kujton ato deklaratat e famshme dhe plot kompetence juridike. “ Gjyqtari zhukri -pelliste Avokoti studio me studio , do shkoje ne BURG , sepse komplet pa asnje llogjike , i ka dhene vulen e PD -se , Saliut”. Se si shkoi ai muhabet dihet tashme, dhe Avokoti nuk ka kerkuar te pakten falje se ja kishte mbyt kot.
Me logjikën pa logjikë të av.Ngjelës i bie që 3 anëtarë të GJ.K që votuan pro shkarkimit të Veliajt kanë qënë injorantë ligjorë. Pra për një votë më shumë do kishte dalë 4 me 4. Rrjedhimisht nga analizat e avokatit nuk del asgjë. Pyetja është: Nuk do ishte më mirë që avokati të dilte në pension e të rrinte rehat, se nuk del asgjë kur s'ke takat?
Po inxhinieret ku i late or kokebole. Bota ecen me hapa te shpejta e teknika e shkenca zhvillohen nge mendjendriturit si Davinci, Newton, Ainshgtain, Tesla e shoke e jo nga tallagjeret ekonomiste, juriste zezat, gazetaret llapaqene qe kane punuar e shpikur vetem rregulla e ligje si e si te zhvasin popujt e te hapin luftra. Bota ka shume mrekullira te realizuare nge mendje e ndritur e njeriut. Shume vepra kane vlera e u kane vene nje emer e kane ndonje pllakate, por kush i beri nuk dihet. Ne Tirane jene bere shume ndertesa e punime dinjotoze por nuk degjuam nje te thote kush ishte arkitekti, por vetem fjale e fjale jane bere me para droge e llogje si te dyqani i fshatit nga ajka e mutrave qe derdhen ne det, media e rrugaceria e pamoraleshme.
