And in this prism, this fable serves once more to convince the useful "pro-Atlantic" idiots, who continue to pretend that they believe in the new justice...
The Court of Appeal of Tirana has strengthened the conviction of all those who believe that the new justice is the only swamp that continues to live in a time, that most of the Albanian society has thrown behind its wings: that of political punishments. She gave the verdict of 1 year in prison for the opposition deputy, Ervin Salianji. For those who do not remember the event, the accusation against him is that he published a wiretapping that implicated the brother of the former interior minister Xhafa, Agroni, not only hiding from a previous sentence in Italy, but also continuing the traffic under the protection of the government.
The event that made a public stir through the nickname of one of its protagonists, "BABALE", shook the image of the government that had still recovered from the scandal of Saimir Tahir. Agron Xhafaj was forced to travel overnight to surrender to Rome, without even undergoing voice tests, while Rama and his interior minister declared, several times in a row, that a prominent intelligence agency has proved that the so-called interception is a manipulation.
So the government based its line of defense on the claim that the wiretapping was a trick, played with actors, while, with his own humorous style, Rama mocked Basha for turning the headquarters of the DP into Kinostudio. The biggest test for this 'theatre' would come from international expertise...they bet.
And that was their spectacular failure. When the Albanian prosecution asked for an opinion, the specialized laboratory of the Italian police refused to confirm the alibi of Rama and Xhafaj. Likewise, one of the most credible institutions on the continent, the private British laboratory, "JP French Associates", was also brought. So no one was able internationally to certify the claims of the government dome.
It was left for them to produce their alibi with Albanian methods. As in the case of Freddy Beller, the police called in a contingent of their own, whom they paid to testify. He, Fredi Alizoti, claimed to have been the actor of this skit. Evidence that he played the part of a manipulated witness, accepting a little jail time in exchange for money, is abundant.
In a total of 9 interceptions made public, it turned out that the former director of the Fier Police, Berti Nushi, and deputy director Andon Marko, were committed to manipulating this "volunteer witness". These interceptions show that they supervised the false witness Alizoti, told him that someone will show up to give the money, that a man will come "to rent him beer" and that they parted, in the end, with the "pezm" that he the money he got will have to do some jail time.

Their motto is: when there is no evidence, the government fabricates it and the courts notarize it. The "BABALE" file differs only in one point, that Rama and Xhafa bet that the alibis for wiretapping manipulation would be internationally certified, although they ended up using their kamikaze judges again.
