From the rumors circulating in recent days in Tirana circles, it has emerged that constitutional judge Genrian Ibrahimi has been blackmailed due to materials that have emerged in the file administered by SPAK for businessman Ergys Agasi, and another video where this judge showed his genitals to a hairdresser, and out of fear this judge has been forced to change his decision-making.
Lawyer Ylli Manjani has made a strong reaction to the news that has been circulating in recent days, that judges of the Republic are being forced to make decisions against their convictions, on "hot issues" that are currently occurring, as they are being blackmailed by SPAK prosecutors.
"The use of investigative data obtained in the investigations against Ergys Agas for blackmail is called a crime. Even organized in a mafia style. Decisions under blackmail are unjust. The blackmailer is a mafia-type criminal. Anyone who does it is called: a mafia," he writes.

"If it is true that judges and prosecutors are being blackmailed with the investigative data of the "Agasi" file, the act is serious and mafia-like. Even when this is done by justice officials, it is still mafia-like. Court decisions, where their judges are shown blackmailing material, are unjust. They are mafia-like," he emphasizes.
According to Ylli Manjani, blackmail in itself is a mafia act and much more serious than the evil that the blackmailed person may have committed. The lawyer and former Minister of Justice explains that the responsibility for the acts administered in the file belongs to the body that administers them due to the investigation, therefore SPAK.
"I don't know what videos, photos or phone conversations SPAK has in that file, but their legal use means only in that process, and not against anyone else outside of it. Any other use is called blackmail. It's called mafia. Especially if the undertones about judges changing their minds and making decisions against what they think are true," he concludes.
In recent days, various media outlets have reported that there are confidential reports according to which a judge was blackmailed regarding an intimate video of him, so he changed his decision in the courtroom, not expressing what he believed, but was influenced by blackmail.
