How can a good professional return from abroad when the country is occupied by the Dumans, Gjin Gjons, Dados and Samets who have no fear of hatred?
The serious facts that are being published daily regarding the way in which prosecutor Olsi Dado was recruited, who, in my opinion, has committed an assassination attempt on Albanian democracy, make me believe that this country is building a climate of terror that is kept alive by Berisha's suicide bombers who managed to capture the structures of SPAK and BKH and with the arrest without any facts of the number 2 of the Socialist Party, the one who could and should be the candidate for the next prime minister of this country, they also killed the dreams and desire of those young people who want to return to Albania or who want to invest in politics. The case of Erion Veliaj is emblematic for many reasons.
First, he is the model of the young Albanian who was strongly engaged in civil society and with high charisma and integrity organized one of the largest and most powerful Albanian movements, the famous "MJAFT" that became a kind of new awareness for our space. From here, with merit he was withdrawn from Edi Rama and together with the other young people he had with him, gave the Socialist Party freshness, energy and a lot of work. He excelled in all the commitments he took on, but his tireless work at the head of the Municipality of Tirana made him a champion of the young politician with dreams and hopes. It was here that the war against him began. What Edi Rama had previously suffered at the expense of, now the filthy machine of slander, attacks and all the filth of this world led by Sali Berisha was thrown into action to strike at the symbol of hope of this country, the model that could inspire other talented young people to return to this country and participate in its construction and defense. Here another tragedy was revealed.
The Veliaj case showed that the deep Justice Reform was a spectacular fraud and that the socialist government not only failed to build this building, but, with the greatest naivety and frivolity, built a luxurious palace to house the new Gjin Gjonas there, but this time with a different name: Duman, Dado and Samet. After five years, we are seeing today that this special structure not only had no intention of investigating the bloodbath of January 21 or Gërdec or other crimes, but its goal was and is to attack the Socialist Party and kill hope. Today we learn that the experts who sought to work on building the legal and penal structure, mainly to put SPAK and BKH into operation, are the ones who give these people, the new "junkies" who have usurped these structures, the right to kill Albanian democracy and turn this country into a state where no one feels safe, especially if you are successful and if you have dreams.
The justice reform that excited both young and old, that led some delirious people to write day and night that now the American FBI and CIA would investigate major crimes, turned out to be a paradise for catapulting people there without any merit and in flagrant violation of the law. So far, the media has uncovered two scandals in the recruitment of SPAK and BKH, Olsi Dadon and Samet Gurgurin, but a more in-depth investigation may reveal other scandals. These days, while talking with one of the most educated personalities in the field of national security and with a deep culture, Mr. Sandër Lleshaj, we came to the conclusion that Albania did not inherit the tradition of educated lawyers in any case. If during communism we had skilled engineers, chemists, military personnel or world-class hydroelectric power plant builders, this happened, among other things, because their performance was measured by everyone's opinion, while our lawyers were trained in a poor school because the law was made by the authority of the dictatorship. A school that did not teach advocacy or the stages of trial and was full of other shortcomings.
After the '90s, the scandal of the poplars happened and after the poplars another scandal with the lawyers who were formed at the faculty of Argita Malltez. This group was left in charge of building the new justice system without making even the slightest effort to call in Albanian lawyers from abroad who are in the world's largest universities. The result: a legal mishmash, a bloated and empty authority and a witch hunt against socialist elected officials and banal issues that start with fish boxes and end with the arrest of a mayor for building a road. Evil, hatred, revenge, clientelism and the profound lack of professionalism and integrity of the lawyer have given birth to Olsi Dado and Samet, both of whom have Duman's blessing.
Meanwhile, Albania resembles a swamp where those who make careers and wealth are the judges and prosecutors who emerged from the system with frightening wealth and monstrous connections to crime and no one touches them. On the contrary, now we will also have them as deputies, such as the emblematic case of Gjin Gjon or that prosecutor who was in the car with Rumi of Shijaku when he was assassinated. How can a good professional return from abroad when the country is occupied by the Dumans, Gjin Gjons, Dados and Samets who have no fear from hatred. They take the model and hope of Albanian youth, Erion Veliaj, from the office in broad daylight and throw him inside, and an investigator named Samet also terrorizes his wife with messages at night, and the Albanian state has no parliamentary mechanism to avoid this catastrophe. They do this without any evidence.
They do this after an anonymous denunciation of a person who does not exist. How can young people return to this country? This country is not governed by Edi Rama and the socialists. This country is in the hands of Sali Berisha's suicide bombers and political crime. As long as it remains like this, hope is dead.
