At first, it was Sali Berisha who ended the daily 'song' on top of the eighth-floor balcony of his building in the center of Tirana, gaining freedom from a court decision, which released him from house arrest! The leader of the DP, after 11 months of isolation inside his 10-story building on "Mustafa Matohiti" street, gained freedom. The Special Court decided to release the leader of the DP, abolishing the security measure "house arrest", a measure given to him on December 30, 2023.
The decision that granted Berisha's claims for the revocation of the measure was announced by Judge Flojera Davidhi. The hearing had not been announced in advance by the court, and even in the handwritten note made in the daily list of court hearings, the name of the applicant, Sali Berisha, was not listed, but that of the Special Prosecutor's Office. A 'conspiracy' that 'saved' even the most attentive journalists of the chronicle, who, accustomed to receiving ready-made 'directives' outlined in yellow, did not experience any 'information leaks' this time.
As always for Berisha, not even a 'fly' comes out of SPAK. Judge Davidhi gave the verdict, releasing Berisha. While assessing that the conditions and criteria for the implementation of this security measure no longer exist. Moreover, the situation was on the eve of the parliamentary elections and according to the judge, the returned 'dad' of politics would lead the DP campaign, instead of answering for the serious accusations or writing his memoirs.

We say this, because this Monday the only son-in-law of the family, Jamarbër Malltezi, was released from house arrest! Against a financial guarantee. Meanwhile, the request of Judge Elsa Ulliri, head of the trio that will judge the 'Partizani' file, who requested the withdrawal with the argument that she was a cousin of the Democratic MP Andia Ulliri, has also been rejected. And this is a 'bonus' for the Berisha family, which is all accused of the privatization affair of the former "Partizani" sports complex, where a piece of land, of 83 square meters, was taken, and this according to the accusation, unjustly by the son-in-law Malltezi, because it is said that it was compensated once in Italy, and where through the decisions of father-in-law Berisha, entire territories in the middle of the capital were benefited, by building towers and benefiting at least 5.4 million euros from Berisha's son-in-law. This is an official accusation, so that Abi doesn't 'shock' us!
And according to SPAK, Berisha is accused of passive corruption and is being investigated at large, as well as the son-in-law is accused of corrupting his father-in-law and money laundering, and as of Monday of this week, he is also free as an 'electron' to be investigated and most likely to benefit together with his father-in-law from the judges and prosecutors of Argita's 'society'. It is no surprise now!
Practically after these decisions of the Special Court, cynical in the best sense of the word, but also morally attackable, since we are not going into the details of the analysis of the work of the new justice, we will not discuss it, what is worth emphasizing is that from now on there will be a lower level of trust of Albanian citizens in prosecutors and special judges in relation to the crackdown on major corruption! Since we regretfully conclude that SPAK, which has been 'sent by my father with a clean mouth just to take the file to court' and to no longer feel sorry for it, as well as the Special Court, remained precisely in the real 'test' of justice in this country. So they were 'broken' in the face of Berisha and his family, if not have been 'broken' from the beginning of the time, despite acting like 'tigers', with these 'wise' SP officials!
Especially since double standards are being applied, since Berisha and his family, after an extraordinary pressure on prosecutors and judges who have been involved in the investigation or adjudication of their appeals, by touching them down to the family by name and surname and even threatening all those representatives of justice who are related to the cases under their charge, have managed to obtain real results in their favor. In this specific case, both Berisha and Malltezi have been released from house arrest and are defending themselves in freedom! Because with these accusations, in a normal country with normal justice, at least they would be together in the same cell, to make fun of each other!
Ndërkohë që të gjithë zyrtarët e tjerë që janë arrestuar me akuza më të lehta se kjo e Berishës dhe dhëndrit të tij, vijojnë të qëndrojnë në qeli! Për më tepër që në ndryshim nga Berisha, të cilit nuk i janë marrë në referencë kërcënimet ndaj gjyqtarëve e prokurorëve, sharje e kërcënime me libër shtëpie me një fjalë, ndaj zyrtarëve të tjerë të shtetit, kryesisht nga ata të mazhorancës, dhe për ndonjë fjalë tepër që kanë hedhur, jo fyerje të kuptohemi, u janë përgjuar, shënuar dhe përfshirë nën akuza të reja, dhe muhabetet mes burrit dhe gruas! Madje dhe janë linçuar publikisht! Pra po përdoren dy standarde në fakt dhe kjo duket me sy të lirë fare!
Duke parë apatinë e drejtësisë së re, ku s’kemi më shpresë nëse prokurorët e SPAK do të bëjnë rekurs në Apel lirimin e dhëndrit të Berishës, ia vlen të theksojmë se nuk do të jetë e largët dita që Berisha dhe të tijtë do të lirohen nga të gjitha akuzat për “Partizanin', ndërkohë që nuk do të guxojë më askush që të çojë deri në fund çështje të tilla sensitive për të cilën u ngrit SPAK dhe GJKKO, si shpërthimi i korrupsionit të përgjakshëm të ‘Gërdecit’, me 26 të vrarë dhe mbi 300 të plagosur, ’21 janarin’ me katër dmenostrues të opozitës të vrarë nga Garda e Republikës në mes të trotuarit përballë kryeministrisë, aferën mbi 500 milionë euro të CEZ-DIA dhe krime e afera të tjera korruptive në ngarkim të familjes së Berishës.
Me sa duket ka ardhur koha që kush bie në burg apo merret nën hetim për një akuzë korrupsioni apo më tej, mjafton të deklarohet si i afërm me Berishën, dhe e ka të kryer daljen nga burgu, lehtësimin nga akuzat e deri tek lirimi prej tyre. Me lekë, miqësi apo me çfarëdo qoftë. Presioni i Berishës po bën punë, po kryen punë te drejtësia e re. Njëherësh po e zhyt akoma më tej këtë drejtësi, e cila e ka të vështirë të merret në mënyrë lineare me familjen Berisha, të shpallur ‘non grata’ familjarisht në SHBA e Britaninë e Madhe për korrupsion madhor, minim të demokracisë, shantazhim të drejtësisë dhe lidhje me elementët kriminalë.
Praktikisht drejtësia e re është nën ndikimin e humorit të keq të Berishës, dhe ndjehet e detyruar që ta marrë me të mirë atë, që të mos vihet nën presionin e sulmeve dhe të kërcënimeve, ta ‘llastojë’ deri në atë farë mase, sa të shkelë e parimin bazë mbi të cilin është ngritur kjo drejtësi: dhënia fund e pandëshkueshmërisë së zyrtarëve të lartë dhe trajtimi i të gjithë qytetarëve si të barabartë përballë ligjit. Deri më tani kjo drejtësia e barabartë nuk ka ndodhur, pasi dhe dikush që ka ngritur një çati pa leje diku në ndonjë cep qyteti apo katundi, është plasur në burg dhe është hetuar, gjykuar e ka marrë vendimin brenda qelisë.
Meanwhile, no one should claim from this Monday that SPAK will fall behind and investigate where the income for the purchase of apartments by Berisha's daughter in the largest capitals of Europe came from. She herself admitted that she bought them, with payments through the banking system! With all these 'spoiling' by SPAK and GJKKO, what comes to our tongues is: 'may the fate of Berisha and his family be blessed'!
