In 2006, law firms connected to the government of the time penetrated Lalez to scan and "buy" all the land near the coast. At that time it was said that Damir Fazlić was also there, buying land from anyone who had a document proving ownership. It was even said that the land on the hill had been expropriated before and was simply being drained of what was located near the coast.
And after this operation, in the blink of an eye, colossal investments of tourist villages took place there, where the whole establishment was systematized. Politicians, government officials, prosecutors, judges, managers, panel journalists, everyone who met in the salons of Tirana, had lunch and dinner together in Lalëz, in the bars and bought in the markets owned by the same people.
Lalzi is the most arrogant model of politics who does not have the guts to show his vanity to the public, who has questions about the money that has led to the purchase of these projects by this state elite.
Where did the money come from to build the paradise that the elite of Tirana built? This file is really the symbol of what started in Albania. And people expect the confiscation of property not obtained from salary money more than punishment for corruption.
