A prisoner in the Peqin high security prison has revealed the dynamics of yesterday's shocking event where the life sentence prisoner Arben Lleshi was executed in his cell by Sokol Mjacaj.
He has shown that the weapon with which the execution of Arben Lleshi was carried out in Peqin prison was introduced secretly, while he raised suspicions that the killing was paid.
The prisoner stated that the person sentenced to life imprisonment went to the victim's cell window, to the area where they go out for ventilation, and shot him dead.
"No, they didn't have a conflict and it is the most likely track that it is a paid murder", he told Top Channel, while revealing that Sokol Mjacaj, convicted for the execution of two Czech tourists, had requested for several months to be transferred to the sector where was Arben Lleshi.
"He finally came 40 days ago to Sector 1 on the second floor and has been asking for at least a few months to come to Sector 2. This is a wide network, because he had wanted to for two or three months. he came to my sector or to the sector where these prisoners were who shot", said the prisoner in Peqin prison,
While he added: "We listen here, we are here and we know the problems of our world, so I told the leaders, don't bring that person to this sector because I have problems and I don't know what the opposing side is doing from the outside. In this sector he either had a support because I cannot ask to go to a sector X without having a friend or when I have a job to do there."
Prisoner: He was dying, we saw with our own eyes that he was taken out of the room where he was.
Prisoner: He put it in secretly, there is no other way. I heard that they said he took it from the guard. The guards here have no weapons. There should be no weapons inside the institution, no one has weapons either from the police or from anyone else.
Was he in the regime when the conflict started?
Prisoner: He was in ordinary regime.
The two people Indrit Shaqja and Arben Lleshi were his cellmates?
Prisoner: No he was in the second sector on the second floor. He went to the window and hit these two people from the side that come out into the air.
Were there any conflicts to your knowledge? Did they fight before this event happened?
Prisoner: No they had no conflict and the most likely clue is that it is a hit and run.
But why did you come to this conclusion?
Prisoner: Let me tell you why: He finally came 40 days ago to Sector 1 on the second floor and has been asking for at least a few months to come to Sector 2. This is a wide network, because for two or three months he wanted to come to my sector or to the sector where these prisoners were who he shot.
But why do you think it is ordered?
Prisoner: Because in this sector he either had a support because I cannot ask to go to a sector X without having a friend or when I have a work to be done there.
And in this sector were the two prisoners that he shot?
Prisoner: Yes, in Sector 2 or the Sector where I am, they are next to each other. He wanted to come exactly to these two sectors.
I have my own problems, just like Arben Lleshi, that's why I got interested and argued with the directors so that they wouldn't bring that person to my department because I know the connection. We listen here, we are here and we know the problems of our world, so I told the leaders, don't bring that person to this sector because I have problems and I don't know what the opposing side is doing from outside.
What was he looking for while holding a hostage?
Prisoner: I don't know what. We could only see from here what was going on inside.
