A 24-year-old Albanian man was arrested by the Spanish police after drugs were found in his house. In a block of flats in Albolote, agents seized more than 190 kilograms of vacuum-packed marijuana, ready for sale, and more than 5,800 cannabis sativa plants in various stages of growth.

The Civil Guard has so far arrested a 24-year-old Albanian youth, in whose house the Civil Guard discovered 3 kilograms of vacuum marijuana and 4.9 kg of hashish resin, as a suspected perpetrator of the crime against public health for drugs. traffic.
A Spanish citizen was also arrested, in whose apartment the agents found 181 packages of one kilogram of vacuum-sealed marijuana, 2 pistols, ammunition and the above-mentioned electronic devices. He is regarded as the suspected author of the criminal offense against public health for drug trafficking and for the criminal offense of carrying weapons without a permit.
The Civil Guard suspected that the houses in an illegally occupied building on Blas de Otero Street in Albolote were being used for the illegal cultivation of marijuana. With the help of the technicians of the electricity supply company, the agents of the Investigation Area of the Maracena Civil Guard confirmed that there was a high consumption of electricity, so with the evidence obtained, they requested judicial authorization for their control.
The suspicions of the investigators were more than well-founded. Agents searched ten homes and discovered that seven of them operated as centers for the production of marijuana, while the other three operated as centers for the storage and distribution of this narcotic substance.
In one of these apartments, nearly 5 kilograms of hashish were also discovered, so the investigators suspect that this apartment could also function as a point of retail sale of drugs.
On the seven floors that functioned as marijuana production centers, the agents found all the infrastructure necessary for the cultivation and processing of marijuana. First, they dismantled a plantation of 1,123 cannabis sativa plants with flowering tops, in the second 1040 plants, in the third 942 plants, in the fourth 862, in the fifth 773, in the sixth 853 and in the seventh 208 plants.
