A 56-year-old man was injured yesterday at his workplace, at the oil well in Selenica, Vlora.
After yesterday's incident, the police have launched investigations and escorted the individuals, interrogated them, and referred the case to the prosecution for the person responsible for the well maintenance company.
The head of the oil well company in the village of Kocul has been prosecuted at large, after being accused of "violating occupational safety regulations."
"We referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where proceedings were initiated in a free state for the criminal offense of "violation of occupational safety regulations", for AC, 56 years old, with a responsible position in the oil well maintenance company in the village of Kocul, after GM, 56 years old, resident of Vlora, injured his hand while working," the police announced.
