Gertini Aliu, 44, was arrested in Belgium after being wanted for participation in a criminal organization for drug trafficking.
It is learned that Gertini Aliu appears in the Prosecutors' file in several episodes, while talking on Sky with Redi Tusha (brother of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha's bodyguard) as well as with Erigels Presi, Genci Telollari.
According to information, Gertini Aliu served as an intermediary between the Albanian group and the Italian one led by Erigels Presi.

"References to the figure of Redi Tusha as an Albanian citizen who was able to supply pure heroin from Albania to the group led by Erigels Presi, have been emerging since October 2021, on the occasion of environmentally wiretapped conversations between Presi and Telollari, and among these also Gerti Aliu, who mediated contacts with Albanian drug traffickers. In particular, on 14.10.2021, during an wiretapped conversation between Presi and Telollari, the latter sought confirmation from Presi that the person with whom Gerti Aliu was in contact was someone called Redi Tusha, explaining that a little earlier, during a video call with Gerti himself, he had seen them together: "Gerti will come and speak personally (…) he told me about another place. We need to find a warehouse (…) to keep it (…) what did you say? Tusha (…) yes, Tusha! (…) Redi! (…) he was in the room before (…) with Gerti”.
It turns out that Gertin Aliu not only knows Adi Çoba, but refers to "Bazholi" as a name that has some significance. Gertin Aliu also turns out to know Orges Molla. The latter is identified in the telephone interception, described above, but also from the environmental interceptions intercepted by the Italian Authorities, as a person suspected of finding and distributing the narcotic substance "Heroine".
