Here are Durim Bami's connections to politically motivated murders...
One of the most emblematic figures of the criminal world will be extradited from Dubai. It is Durim Bami, a name known to the media, justice, but also to politics.
For more than two years, attempts have been made to extradite him from Dubai, but the attempts failed. He was detained twice in 2024 and only now has extradition been made possible, where according to information, it is Bami himself who has agreed to come to our country.
But his extradition is expected to shake up the criminal world and beyond. Bami is said to have received assassination orders from crime bosses, as well as businessmen and politicians. If he speaks out, many important names could be implicated. Bami himself has submitted a list of names in Dubai, claiming that they want to kill him.
In Nikël, Bami is known for many crimes, but he became known nationally in 2015, when Tom Doshi, a member of parliament at the time, declared that Ilir Meta had ordered his murder. According to Doshi, Meta had paid Durim Bami 500 thousand euros to eliminate him.
The second bomb came from Nuredin Dumani, who in one of his testimonies said that he heard that Arben Ndoka's brother was killed on the orders of Ilir Meta.
Here Durim Bami comes into the picture again. In the file “Metamorphosis 2”, a strong conflict emerges between Arben Ndoka and Durim Bami, as both wanted to kill each other. The reason Ndoka wanted to “get rid of” Bami was because he suspected that he killed his brother.
The incident occurred on December 9, 2017. Aleksandër Ndoka was found murdered in his car, in front of his apartment. Ndoka had been in a nearby bar and at around 10:00 PM, he got into a “Mitsubishi” vehicle to go to the apartment. But the killers were waiting in front of his villa. They found an area without lighting and executed him, leaving him for dead.
The suspicions at the time were that we could have a political murder. In the June 2017 elections, there was a gunshot wound in Lezha. Aleksandër Ndoka's son shot Florian Dushku, an LSI activist. It was Ilir Meta himself who at that time, through a statement to the media, accused 3 people of the incident: Samuel Ndoka, Don Ndoka and Genc Hakica.
Another incident where Durim Bami appears is the murder of Artan Santos. He is being investigated as being involved in the crime, while it is even said that the missing Enver Stafuka, before he was eliminated, made a confession and identified the perpetrators.
Stafuka is said to have been one of the people on the motorcycle in the assassination attempt on Santos, but he mysteriously disappeared. Stafuka's family has accused Durim Bami of being involved in the disappearance of their son, a former friend of theirs.
It remains to be seen whether the authorities will be able to convince him to become a collaborator of justice. But if Bami becomes repentant, then strong developments are expected. / Pamphlet
