The court of Athens has detained the Albanian Tik Tok artist Florian Zani, after finding him in violation of the laws for humiliation, violence and exploitation of unprotected persons.
He will be held until the end of the investigation in a medium security prison.
According to the defense, Zani said that everything was a joke and that he thought he was helping people with different abilities when he took them out on video or live broadcasts.
In his support, the friends who took part in the filming also testified, but the victims were not allowed to be present, since according to the court, taking their witnesses without the presence of the psychologist would be a second humiliation for them.
Zani could not explain to the court about the accusations that he was paid by unknown people on the Internet to humiliate the victims in sadistic ways, and he could not prove that the money he makes from his videos is legal.
Flarian Zani or Hayate as he is nicknamed on social networks, was arrested in the act a few days ago humiliating some disabled people. According to the police, he raped his victims in exchange for payment from various people who paid to watch his videos on social networks.
