The head of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, has requested an international investigation into the terrorist attack against the Kosovo Police in the north, where police officer Afrim Bunjaku was killed and two others were injured.
Haradinaj writes that the events in the north and the terrorist attack on the Kosovo Police are part of the scenario prepared by Belgrade.
"The situation created as a result of the direct involvement of Serbia in the armed attacks of criminal groups in the north, requires an international investigation!
The events in the north and the terrorist attack on the Kosovo Police are part of the scenario prepared in Belgrade. The reaction of the Kosovo Police is the fulfillment of the duty to protect law and order. The attitude of the Government of Serbia and its alignment with the criminal and paramilitary groups is very disturbing in this situation and is a clear signal that the state of Serbia is involved in the armed attacks of the criminal groups in the north.
Therefore, in such a situation, an international investigation is necessary to unravel the scenarios of destabilization of the situation not only in Kosovo, but in the entire Balkan region" , writes Haradinaj.
