One person was seriously injured as a result of an accident on the Korça-Maliq road, near the village of Vlocisht.
According to preliminary data, the car involved in the accident was traveling from Maliqi towards Korça when it suddenly lost control and crashed into the curbs of a gas station on the side of the road.
The driver of the vehicle was seriously injured in the impact and was taken to Korça Hospital for medical attention.
Sources near the hospital said the condition is serious, but not life-threatening.
Fortunately, the vehicle did not collide with the gas station pumps, as the incident would have been much more serious.
The Maliq - Korça axis, also due to its numerous branches and intersections, is a road axis with numerous problems in the movement of vehicles.
